It’s a glorified piece of jewelry. You deck out $500 for a tracker, only to continue paying monthly to be able to access the data the ring gives you. Completely not worth the money. Just get an Apple Watch and call it a day. At least it also doubles as a watch. It also scratches incredibly fast

Coolest thing I have ever had, it gives me so much information! I have owned an Apple watch for YEARS, and thought it was cool. Oura ring beats it hands down (no pun intended)!

Isn’t very good at tracking activity. Best for measuring sleep metrics. Scratches very easily and can’t wear during weightlifting. Guidance says the ring has to be snug, however, when walking or running, increased blood flow to the hands makes fingers swell a bit and the ring becomes very uncomfortable to wear.

This is a great product for tracking your heart beat and sleep and stress levels. I was impressed by the reporting.only thing I was quite uncomfortable during workouts.

Really good actually, able to read my vitals and even put that data into the apple health app. Only problem is that the material is hard enough to scratch most phone’s screens and camera lenses so be careful.

I was a little skeptical about buying the oura ring since it requires a monthly subscription to view all the data. However, it’s been wonderful and believe it’s worth the monthly subscription with its great insights.

Loving how accurate the information is. Using for pregnancy planning with natural cycles so hopefully the information helps with that journey!! The size was a little awkward at first (small hands lol) but eventually got used to it and it feels more natural now!

The sizing is not accurate, especially when it comes to sleeping with it so I recommend sizing up. Other than that I love my ring. It gives me a lot of insight into my health and I love the recommendations.

So far it works very well. No problems. Would give this purchase a 10 out of 10.

I am happy to have found this product. Oura takes care of you by providing plenty of advice throughout the day. It helps you understand how your body works and keeps you aware without being intrusive.

Works as advertised, but I question the value and can we talk about the >$60 cost to replace the charging base (only method to charge) and the fact that they are not interchangeable for all sizes of rings? Replacement charger is ~18% the cost of the deVice which is super high, also you can only buy it from the MFG directly.

Oura ring fits perfectly and is fashionable. It’s not an annoyance to wear when sleeping, great biometrics and keeping me accountable to make healthy adjustments with my diet, sleep, and mental health.

Love my ring! I have been recommending it to all my friends and family about it!
