You can track your sleep and correlating activity on a daily basis. Sure it may be slightly off, but since I have started wearing this, I have been more aware and accountable for my sleep, sleep timing and daily activity levels. I’m in the best shape I’ve been in for a long time and feel amazing.

Very good and accurate . It has a lot of interesting features. Better than an actual watch. Only downside is that you need a membership. This adds up to the cost. But worth it , it helps a lot to keep a track of many things.

Really great! The ring has given me so much insight into my sleep, stress, and overall health. Perfect when paired with Natural Cycles for birth control. The charge lasts all week. The only cons are that it scratches easily and is a little too bulky, but you get used to it. I would definitely buy it again, can’t wait to upgrade to the newer generation.

Scratched right away, don’t love the subscription part. Sizing is as really hard to decide on. However, happy with my purchase because I love the app and what I’m learning about my stress and sleep.

I do enjoy the oura ring! I’ve worn it everyday for a little over a year now. I just am not a fan of how i have to pay a subscription to use the good stuff on the app, or at all I think.

Was not as uncomfortable as my husband thought it would be, and he’s kept it on- which was the goal. Only complaint is real time tracking, which he may just not have figured out how to do yet.

The sleep tracking features are excellent. They have lots of cool data and its very accurate. The fitness tracking features arent quite there yet but it seems like thats a couple app updates away from being good too.

You need to buy the monthly membership otherwise the ring doesn't do much. It helps with tracking sleep, steps, calories. I probably wouldn't keep it if it wasn't a gift only because of the membership.
