Really like how it tracks everything. From steps to getting sick. I didn’t realize I was running a fever until I got a notification from Oura asking if I was feeling okay. The only thing I do not like is how easy it can scratch. But other than that I would definitely recommend getting one!

Love the ring. Don’t purchase at Best Buy if you ever want to use Ouras size exchange program. Best Buy doesn’t support and Oura won’t do anything if you purchase from outside their company.

Been using this smart ring for over a year daily and love it! How many do use it to track my sleep and stress levels but great for monitoring steps and other fitness activities. Other than the occasional wear in here, it does scratch easily, so recommend removing it while cleaning or at the weight lifting.

This works way better for me then smart watches for tracking movement and sleep. There is a monthly subscription to get the best insights into your data but it is only $6 and worth it! It will get scuffed up like jewelry does, it is quite durable against any deep scratches, and keeps a nice finish.

I love my Qura ring. It registers all the health stats that i need, and much more! My ring is a 3. I opted for this one because the series 4 had only be out for about 2 months so there was very little customer reviews on it.

The Oura ring is absolutely amazing. I love it so much the amount of information it gives you is incredible. I love that it’s a ring and not a “smart device” so I can wear it to sweep. I was never able to wear my Apple Watch to sleep due to its size it would always keep me up at night, even if it was in the night mode, the screen was bright and would wake me up best purchase ever.

Bought this for my husband. He loves it! He loves the ability to see his sleep patterns.
