The ring..amazing. Loved the app updates and tracking features. Would recommend this product if the company wasn’t so terrible. My issue is with OURA, the company itself. It is by far the worst company I have ever encountered dealing with customer service. If you check better business bureau, you’ll see the amount of complaints filed against them (90+). Just beware and do your research. If I didn’t have to work with customer service, I would have been a huge fan of the product.

Does exactly what I wanted it to do! Buying at Best Buy is the only way to go. Get their protection plan and all purchases are covered and they’ll ship to your home.

Informative with useful information for those who want track health related metrics. Great sleep insights; good heart, oxygen and stress insights, OK fitness insights. If you don’t want a watch on your wrist, especially to sleep, an Oura ring is a great option. I have and will recommend this.

Data was good but it was hard to take the ring off

I've had my ring for about a month and it is helping me identify the best ways to optimize my sleep. I'm sleeping better and more consistently. And it also helped me identify some variations in heart rate and stress that I'm following up with my doctor about, which I might not have noticed without the Oura.

Purchased Oura ring from BB & by the 2nd week it stopped logging data. Returned it to BB & they sent it off & had it replaced within 3 DAYS! BB follow up with me to ensure it was received & it is logging data. THAT'S great customer service.

Best Buy was great at working with us. We had to exchange for a bigger size and then something on the ring broke. They replaced it quickly and easily.
