The ring is easy to wear and needs a weekly charge. So many categories to monitor but especially helpful with sleep updates. Easy to read data and keeps up with activities too in case you forget your watch or other monitoring device. The ring is very comfortable to wear 24 hours a day.

The ring is easy to use and tracks all the important health metrics I need. One charge lasts a long time. Only downside is it could be thinner to be more comfortable for daily wear. It's just a bit thick for my small hands and ibtrns to switch fingers I wear it on.

Decent device Doesn’t offer much more than an Apple Watch but it comes with a monthly fee. That was what made me return it. The ring cots too much for me to have to have a subscription

Was a little suspicious for how accurate the Oura ring would be. But, honestly, I like it way more than my Apple Watch. 100% recommend. And totally worth the subscription price, too.

This ring really gives you insight into your health and gives you an understanding on how to improve especially your sleep patterns. Its like having your own heatlh coach with little reminders on when your doing great or can improve. It has exceeded my expectations!

I love this tool! It’s much more comfortable than a watch and I don’t get all the notifications. I mostly use it for sleep tracking, but the temperature feature is insightful!

I’ve had my ring for almost 5 months now and I really like it. I got it to track my sleep patterns, activity and menstrual cycle. Go in store to try on. I have very small fingers and I ended up with the size 7.

I like this ring a lot the battery life is fantastic and its super fast to charge. Generally dont even notice its there and i get a full app walk through and feedback on how everything i did was and scores it and gives ways to improve.

I love being able to track my sleep and other health indicators with the Oura ring. I’ve had trouble sleeping recently so the info has helped me figure out how to change my sleeping habits for better sleep. The menstruation tracking is also great!
