It’s battery life is incredible, Ring is surprisingly accurate and app is easy to navigate

Firs great, metrics are very useful. Insanely expensive and the monthly subscription fee is a bummer. But right now its the best option for a smart ring—and worth it to me to save on the bulk and annoyances of an Apple Watch or a Fitbit.

After some shipping issues finally received mine. So far I like it. The steps don’t match my watch but I got it to track my sleep mostly.

I love this ring. It keeps track of my vitals. I know how much I sleep, how well I sleep, my steps, my temperature, my heart rate….. I mostly appreciate the evaluation of my readiness. If i ignore a day when it says I should back off, I regret it.

Bought for my wife, I figured just another gimmick fashion fad, turns out these are great and do what they say. I would say a skinnier more feminine band for the ladies, and fix the minor unpairing every month or two. If they were $150-$200 I think they’d sell a lot more

The technology has a lot of features and gives you a good baseline of your health but there’s gaps in the data. Additionally, I had to buy a rubber sleeve to keep it from scratching while weight lifting.
