Love the ring and knowing my readiness and sleep score. It tells me if I need to take more time to recover. Just not a fan of the gold color. It looks off to me

i love it. I am currently working on my health and this was a good way to keep track of all of my sleep and how I could make it better.

I was an Apple Watch user for a long time but felt it lacked overall wellness as built-in features/metrics and I also prefer wearing a traditional watch, so I turned to Oura after many recommendations from friends and coworkers, and I have not been disappointed!

really detailed sleep tracking. activity/calorie tracking is not so good, but that's not really the purpose of this product.

It’s hard to like this ring when it can only connect to one device. You cannot connect it to your iPhone and your iPad. You choose one or the other. It’s 2024! I don’t have this problem with an Apple Watch. I’ve never had this problem with a Fitbit device. Oura is the only device in existence that cannot connect to more than one device on the same account. $450?! Talk about 2005 tech. Seriously considering returning it.

Husbands loves it so far. Uses it mainly for tracking sleep.

I like mine so much I got one for my fiancé!! Great for tracking movement as expected but also really accurate feedback on stress level and sleep which I’ve come to love most.

Best purchase I’ve ever made! I was trying to conceive and this ring helped me track my ovulation and get pregnant in one month. After that it’s helped me track al my pregnancy. Love it! I love it way more than my Apple Watch, I only need to charge my ring like once a week and it also looks amazing with my jewelry.

The only improvement I wish for is making it smaller. It's chunky on my small hand but I'm getting used to it. It has all the metrics I'm interested in and I don't need a watch.

Bought for my wife, I figured just another gimmick fashion fad, turns out these are great and do what they say. I would say a skinnier more feminine band for the ladies, and fix the minor unpairing every month or two. If they were $150-$200 I think they’d sell a lot more

Outstanding app. Accurate information tracking. Full disclosure, the Gen 3 ring was within the return period when the Gen4 was released. I returned the Gen 3 for a Gen 4. My advice, if you can get a Gen 3 for under 250, buy it. Annual subscription is a pain, but the overall Sleep and Readiness tracking came in extremely handy while I spent a month traveling across multiple time zones

It is so so so so uncomfortable, you CANNOT do daily activities with it at all, not even makeup… I tried but it’s so bulky and uncomfortable.

Love that it helps me track my sleep patterns,makes me more aware of how much sleep I get, how good of sleep and how much time awake.
