    Bought for my wife, she lives it and the app. Very useful info. Sizing is a little weird, her ring finger is a typical size 7 and the size 8 was to tight and 9 was way to large.

    It’s a glorified piece of jewelry. You deck out $500 for a tracker, only to continue paying monthly to be able to access the data the ring gives you. Completely not worth the money. Just get an Apple Watch and call it a day. At least it also doubles as a watch. It also scratches incredibly fast

    Isn’t very good at tracking activity. Best for measuring sleep metrics. Scratches very easily and can’t wear during weightlifting. Guidance says the ring has to be snug, however, when walking or running, increased blood flow to the hands makes fingers swell a bit and the ring becomes very uncomfortable to wear.

    Ehhh, so the software is pretty slow when syncing. Especially for the price of the ring, simplicity of the software, and price per month. The price per month is fine, but I wish there were more feature updates that wow-ed. The thing I really dislike about the Oura ring is that I have lost weight (you know, using the $500 health & fitness ring…) and Oura doesn’t allow you to exchange the ring for a smaller size or get the ring re-sized somehow. Now I’m stuck with a ring that’s too big and a company that doesn’t support re-selling.
