So far, I have loved my Oura Ring. I will keep using it because it is supposed to get more and more accurate with longer use.

Amazing to track my sleep and cycle! I wear it every day. Only needs to be charged every 3-4 days

Excellent product! I've tried just about every wrist-worn tracker available and none of them were comfortable, especially not for sleeping. The Oura ring solves that problem completely. Very comfortable, valuable information and a well-designed app. I was very nervous about the stealth finish, but so far it has held up nicely. Highly recommended!

Helpful in tracking sleep patterns, workouts, and let's you stay in tune with your body. Refreshing to have a tracker care about overall well-being more than just getting the highest numbers possible.

I've been using Oura for about 6 months now and it has been a great experience! The ring itself does not scratch easily even with my retail job. The app features many different insights that help me daily with excellent sleep and activity tracking. The app allows adding tags to your days so you can find trends on why you're sleeping the way you are. Highly recommend for anybody that wants an insightful view into their sleep.

Absolutely obsessed. I hated wearing my Apple Watch every day. This is way more comfortable and more informative. My sleep has improved. My ability to notice and soothe stress. It’s absolutely worth it.

Way better than having to wear my Apple Watch 24/7. Charge last so long, can wear while washing dishes or hands. I love being able to monitor my stress & sleep, those were key features for me.

Ive recently tried to make healthier lifestyle changes and i had the apple watch but never found the insights quite as helpful. The oura ring last for days, its less obstructive than a watch, and the app gives real life changing insights that you can watch your improvements. If youre on the fence about the ring dont be get it!

This is my second ring and it has been always a great helper in keeping track of my sleep and other health related information. The first generation I had dropped the battery life after 4 years of use. Hopefully this one last longer.

The Oura ring has so much information, I am still learning new things It is very helpful in looking at overall health and alerting areas to look at. I use every day, especially to look at sleep patterns as I have had sleep issues for years. I have able to modify activity, rest to achieve a better sleep and have felt better as a result.

I'm really enjoying my ring! Its giving me a lot of valuable information I am not really able to get with any smart watches out right now. Holds a charge very well, and I love the look of it.

My husband was happy to finally get this ring. We were a-little disappointed that after him wearing it for a few weeks. It no longer fit him when we try to exchange for bigger size we were not able to

The Oura ring is great, it fits great, black goes with everything so I picked the right color, and I love the app to track by progress and more convenient than a smarrt watch. Also, it only needs to be charged every 7 days, very convenient.

Would be better off buying a Fitbit or Apple Watch, I bought after a referral from a friend (who was using Gen2) and doesn’t have to pay subscription- 6$ + tax monthly subscription on top of a 400-500$ ring is ridiculous. Pro’s: long battery life, requires 1 charge a week for 20 mins. Con’s: can’t use it after 1 month of free membership, it is practically useless and paying 80$ per year for the subscription service is absolutely crazy. The durability and comfort is fair - like every other electronic gadget. I will have to throw this in trash soon, that’s almost $1000 (2 rings) getting wasted in a month - very upsetting

The ring is easy to wear and needs a weekly charge. So many categories to monitor but especially helpful with sleep updates. Easy to read data and keeps up with activities too in case you forget your watch or other monitoring device. The ring is very comfortable to wear 24 hours a day.

The ring is easy to use and tracks all the important health metrics I need. One charge lasts a long time. Only downside is it could be thinner to be more comfortable for daily wear. It's just a bit thick for my small hands and ibtrns to switch fingers I wear it on.
