I’ve been looking at this ring for the last three years. I finally decided to get it and has been the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m able to sleep with this so it gives me all the readings I need. Hey, this is an awesome item.

I love this ring. It keeps track of my vitals. I know how much I sleep, how well I sleep, my steps, my temperature, my heart rate….. I mostly appreciate the evaluation of my readiness. If i ignore a day when it says I should back off, I regret it.

After some shipping issues finally received mine. So far I like it. The steps don’t match my watch but I got it to track my sleep mostly.

I love my ring, and I don't leave home without it. I turned around several times after noticing it was left on the charger. Another great item that I bought from Best Buy. I couldn't have made a better choice. I'm hoping they get one made by Apple so I can buy that one too.

Like see if you are rested or not The new update on the app is hard to understand and hard to add info about work out or naps or things you may forgot to put in same day And it has bad connectivity, some days wont register data Expensive monthly fee app At night my fingers some days of the month, they swell, making my ring get stuck and causing pain with the sensors against my finger at night

Love the oura ring. Great too have something i can track my sleep without haveing my apple watch on my wrist that is uncomfortable to wear at night

You can track your sleep and correlating activity on a daily basis. Sure it may be slightly off, but since I have started wearing this, I have been more aware and accountable for my sleep, sleep timing and daily activity levels. I’m in the best shape I’ve been in for a long time and feel amazing.

The technology has a lot of features and gives you a good baseline of your health but there’s gaps in the data. Additionally, I had to buy a rubber sleeve to keep it from scratching while weight lifting.

My girlfriend loved all of the health things she can keep track of with it. She recently lost her father over the holidays and it has been really hard on her. The app tells her when shes in a stressed state and how she sleeps and a bunch of other cool things. It was her fave Christmas gift this year for sure. I get random messages at work of screenshots saying look what it can do lol

This was a gift to my son. According to his opinion, this is a good device for tracking sleep, but pulse tracking seems inaccurate most of the time - by approximately 20 beats/minute. I'm not aware of his opinion about any other features at this time.

Amazing piece of tech. Compliments the Apple Watch extremely well and feels extremely comfortable. The data provided is detailed and incredibly useful for those interested in always being at their best.

I love this tool! It’s much more comfortable than a watch and I don’t get all the notifications. I mostly use it for sleep tracking, but the temperature feature is insightful!
