It's the best! This ring works just like it says it dies. Great accurate monitoring and a very stylish look. The batteries never seen to run out.

Has significantly helped me understand my body on a deeper level. Worth the price and would absolutely purchase again. Only complaint is the sizing is tricky. Definitely go in and use the sizer.

The sleep tracking and heart rate seem to be pretty accurate. Not a whole lot different than a galaxy or apple watch, but it does look good. Beware the black and the matte black both look kind of grey in direct sunlight. Still a good look but definitely not black.

I use this to track my sleep and it has been so insightful! I also love that it tells me my readiness for the next day. My only issue is that it scratches easily, so be mindful of that if you lift weights!

It's simple. Works great. Great Battery Life. So far no scratches and I have the stealth version. And it compliments my Apple Watch really well! If you are looking for a non invasive health tracker I would highly suggest!

Love this item! However, I wish it had a better way of tracking activity. But overall, love that I can track my sleeping progress and overall health.

Bought for my wife, I figured just another gimmick fashion fad, turns out these are great and do what they say. I would say a skinnier more feminine band for the ladies, and fix the minor unpairing every month or two. If they were $150-$200 I think they’d sell a lot more

Have had this ring for over year and it's been amazing! Accuracy has been incredible! The only thing is that is has some issues connecting to the app every so often. Other than that, it's been perfect!

I’ve had the ring for a little over 3 months now.. it’s AMAZING! Battery life is wonderful. I highly recommend getting the size kit. Definitely a better way to track your cycles.
