    Really like how it tracks everything. From steps to getting sick. I didn’t realize I was running a fever until I got a notification from Oura asking if I was feeling okay. The only thing I do not like is how easy it can scratch. But other than that I would definitely recommend getting one!

    I tried the Oura ring for about a week. I found it to be heavy and clunky for my hand. I have very small fingers. I liked the idea of it but it just didn’t work well for me personally.

    Been using this smart ring for over a year daily and love it! How many do use it to track my sleep and stress levels but great for monitoring steps and other fitness activities. Other than the occasional wear in here, it does scratch easily, so recommend removing it while cleaning or at the weight lifting.

    This works way better for me then smart watches for tracking movement and sleep. There is a monthly subscription to get the best insights into your data but it is only $6 and worth it! It will get scuffed up like jewelry does, it is quite durable against any deep scratches, and keeps a nice finish.
