    I ended up returning it and getting a different one because I really didn’t like the color, that’s the only reason why it’s not 5 stars. This color listed is super inaccurate and since I had to spend more on this color I was frustrated

    It gives good stats. If you want a ring to do the basic heath things go for it. I do think it does give better sleep insights then the apple watch.

    I really like it, I had a question regarding my missing oxygen level but when I wrote to the manufacturer they answered back immediately. I don't usually wear rings but I've gotten used to it.
