So much better and easier than any watch or wearable smart device. Keeps a charge for a few days and as far as I can tell, very accurate readings. I love it.

This ring is way more accurate than my watch was. It is easier to wear especially when sleeping. I always had issues with my waterproof watch bands falling off in the pool or sometimes just walking around. No worries with the ring! I love it!

    Pretty Decent Activity Tracker

This ring is great, for the most part. Sleep and activity tracking have been pretty good, and I prefer it to a smartwatch. It works best with an iphone. Unfortunately, their integration with Android is a bit lacking right now. Also, it does show scratches easily, but it's not a big deal.

I had an apple watch, but hated that my calls/texts would show up. It was far too distracting for me, personally; plus it didnt match well with more dressy outfits. I love the ring so far, it seems to track steps, heart rate, and sleep pretty accurately. I would definitely recommend. The sizing is a but weird. I am typically a 7, but the 8 fits perfectly.

The ring is very lightweight and comfortable to wear. I've had it for about 3 weeks now and so far it's been providing helpful insights regarding sleep and stress. The only downside is you only get a month of the free subscription to the app, then you need to pay a monthly fee to use the app.

Great sleep tracking with useful insights. Daytime activity & workout tracking is decent consistent with my iPhone calorie tracking results. A bit expensive particularly when you include monthly subscription fee. Will see if it is long term value for money.

I have other trackers but this one is very good for tracking sleep. four stars instead of five because there is a subscription and with the cost of this ring tracker you would think the analytics would be free similar to what Garmin provides. It does pick up automatically on activity and has lots of activities that it will track.

I've spent the last 6 months debating if I want to get another smart watch. My only hang up is smart watches just aren't aesethetically pleasing. Then I discovered Oura Rings. Oura Rings are perfect for someone who wants to track their wellness and fitness without having to wear a watch every day. They look like a normal ring and do everything a smart watch does without the annoying notifications or clunky screen on your wrist. Battery life is also significantly better than a smart watch. My Oura Ring will last about a week on a single charge. The only downside so far is I've noticed that the ring is very easily scratched.

I’m really enjoying my Oura Ring. I purchased the black and find that it goes well with all my fashion choices. The Oura App is a plus when used to monitor and track your sleep and heart rate. The price can be a bit daunting but the purchase is covered under HSA which is great!

I’ve been wearing my Oura Ring for a few years now, and I’m genuinely impressed. I originally got it because I wanted to understand my sleep better and wasn’t a fan of bulky smartwatches. This little ring has completely changed how I think about rest, recovery, and my overall health.

Exchanged for size 10 as 11 felt too loose although it fit on the sample ring tester. I also changed to brushed titanium as it looked more like jewelry. Enjoying the feedback the app gives. Watching my sleep and readiness as i have sleep apnea and use a CPAP.

I love it! Has really helped me identify patterns with my sleep and helped me to understand the recovery process from sleep. I suffer from long-term fatigue so this is really important for me. Love that I only need to charge it every 5 days or so and the charge happens quickly. More time for data collection.

I have loved this Oura ring. I've been using it for about a yeasr in conjunction with a few other health apps and love the details it gives me on sleep and stress. It is also a great tool for tracking early signs of sickness, whether your body is showing minor or major signs of strain. The battery lasts several days at a time and I often just charge it while I shower and don't have to worry about it dying.

I got it for my wife while on Christmas sale. It was something she wanted to try but never felt the need at the price. For a first time smart ring purchase she loves it! It's Rose Gold and responding accurately. The charge is quick and convenient. It tracks her personal exercise and well being info. It's comfortable and she wears it at work and it doesn't get in the way. She works in the medical field and is moving constantly.

Good Tech but unsustainable with life.

This is good device. I was really enthusiastic for this. Good tech, but bad business model. The subscription makes it unsustainable, and it has literally no value without subscription. Compare it high quality fitness watches from Garmin, it's equivalent sometimes even cheaper pricing and give loads of fitness data and aesthetic value and no subscription. Also, this is a fundamental flaw, the ring size do change, while watch can adapt to wrist size. There is nothing we can do in this. My wife is not wearing this, lying on the side and I am canceling subscription. Such a good tech and such low outcome.

I love this ring. I get excited in the mornings to see how I slept. The fact that is also tracks your stress is awesome. The only thing I would recommend is to definitely size up depending on what finger you want to use. I’m usually a size 5 but I had to get a size 8.

This is an amazing piece of tech in a small form factor. I would definitely say, go into a Best Buy for ring sizing. It takes a little getting used to because of the sensors on the inside of the ring. Almost feels too tight at first, but after a few days I got used to it. The gen 4 has smaller/flatter sensors. I got the black stealth version and wear it on my index finger. I haven’t noticed any scratches, but I do baby it a little. There’s a nice little indent on one side of the ring so you know that goes on the inside of your hand. It does pretty much the same as an Apple Watch, but if you want health tracking or sleep tracking and don’t want to wear your watch to sleep, this is the perfect alternative. Although it’s a little pricey, it’s definitely worth it, and you can even use FSA or HSA to purchase. I’ve found that in about 3 and a half days, the battery goes down about 30%. It’s rated for 4-7 days depending on usage.

If you are looking for the functionality of a fitness tracker without the hassle of a wristwatch, then this is perfect. The sensors work great, especially for sleep tracking. There are a couple downsides compared to wrist-based monitors. The first is that it tends to overly credit activity. Just moving your hand is considered movement so for those looking for their equipment to lie & tell them they are doing great, this works, but for more accuracy look elsewhere. Another downside is that when you are performing an activity that requires grip, it can be a nuisance. Lifting weights or doing yard work, for example. I worry about breaking it but it does seem rather sturdy. The accompanying app is also a little confusing but it looks great & once you get used to it, it’s not so bad. All-in-all, when compared to my old Apple Watch, I like this more.

This is the only wearable I can keep on 24/7. It doesn’t get in the way, but quietly does its own thing in the background. Glad I got it. I wish the battery life was better though.
