I absolutely love my Oura ring! I was interested in it for the sole purpose of tracking my period and ovulation. The ring syncing up with Natural Cycles was a huge perk and I’ve been impressed with the accuracy on predicting when my period and ovulation will begin. Also seeing a detailed breakdown of my sleep cycle has been really nice! 10/10 recommend getting one.

Great ring, I still wear it every day almost 2 years in. I love their app interface and getting insights on my sleep and readiness. While it's good sleep tracker, it's not ideal for workout sessions. You generally take it off when doing dumbbells and barbells. Don't think it's too great at counting steps and running either. Rose Gold is good looking but probably not worth the premium since the colors fade. Just get a diff color one.

Bought this for my wife! This ring is amazing. The best feature for her is the body temp monitoring. This ring links with the Natural Cycles app for fertility awareness. It helps her monitor her BBT as well as her stress levels and sleep regularity. If you need an extra help in getting pregnant, this ring is a great help! With it you can manage stress, timing to get pregnant, as well as sleep so as to have everything in your corner when you are trying!

I absolutely love this ring! It provides so much useful data and helps me improve my sleep which then translates in much productive days. I am almost never tired, my workout performance has significantly increased, etc! I also like how it gives you advice on when you should go to sleep, when it’s time to go for a walk, etc. Since two days ago they also added another feature that tracks and helps you manage you daytime stress. Higly recommend to everyone and I only take it off when I do weights to prevent it from scratching. Although I have hit it a few times so far and there are no scratches whatsoever!

Love this ring- great minimalist fitness tracker. Only need to charge every few days. I’m a new mom so it’s helpful to track my sleep/activity and make sure I’m getting enough of both. Only down side is it scratches easily so recommend getting a cover to wear when working out/don’t put rings on adjacent fingers. I have small fingers so it’s still a little bulky for me, but as far as I know it’s the most minimal tracker on the market (before this I had a Fitbit on my wrist). Bummer about the monthly subscription for the app, on top of the cost of the ring itself.

I replaced my apple watch with this device. Much easier to track my sleep along with activities. Only downside is the monthly subscription.

I have been wearing my Oura ring for a month, and it provides excellent information on my sleep patterns. Also, instead of giving me the same activity goals each day it provides a readiness score based on my overall heath and wellbeing. I was starting to get sick and it recommended I slow down because I had an elevated body temperature. (I checked using a thermometer and I had a low grade fever.) At that point I was able to put my activity goal into rest mode. The only complaint I have is that it doesn’t always register the correct number of miles during a workout.

I do really like how sleek it looks. I don’t really notice it on. The sleep and stress is my favorite part.

It is an excellent product with one catastrophic downside. I wanted this product to work as nothing like this exists that balances ease of use with various analytics that spoon-feed you information about your health with high accuracy. The downside is that it can cause pain and numbness in the finger within a few weeks of using it. We used the sizing kit to buy the rings (we wore them for a couple of days). Unfortunately, it takes 1-3 weeks for the problem to be felt. I looked up on Reddit, where others are discussing this issue, and the consensus is that it is a mild form of neuropathy due to nerve compression by the ring. Maybe the solution is for Oura to provide half sizes (such as 6.5 and 12.5). We chose 12 and 6 and used them on the ring finger. If Oura provides half sizes that fit on index fingers, I might re-purchase this product (returned it this time). Additionally, I wish the ring was more flexible or thinner ( I know this is at the limits of current technology). Or, they can make a non-athlete version of the whoop band. If it fits you well, this is the best sleep and stress tracker that you can buy.

I purchased specifically for the sleep tracking function. The ring is comfortable the app is informative.

I have been able to control and track my sleep with this ring in a way that i wasnt able to do it with my apple watch, is very accurate and helpful.

I purchased the Oura Ring Gen3 Horizon for my husband and it has been so helpful to show his sleeping patterns and where he struggles with proper sleep. I can now bring this to the doctor to get additional help for him The Oura is fantastic!!

This ring has been a game changer. I have always thought of myself as a pretty good sleeper and pretty much limited my assessment to "how many hours did I get". Using the ring has helped me understand how the rest of my day effects my sleep. Did I have a late meal? Did I have a drink with dinner? Was my room too warm? These are all things that I have noticed affecting the quality of my sleep because of this ring. The blood oxygenation tracking has also been amazing. Being able to see the times in the night when I may have been breathing irregularly (snoring heavily) is fascinating. I am definitely recommending this to my partner.

The Ring is excellent! Honestly the fit is fantastic due to the sizing kit that best buy also sells. And I love the tracking ability. It really helps me manage my stress levels as well as helps me to know my sleep. The biggest advantage for me is sleep tracking. It is small and I forget I am wearing it. A watch always bothered me overnight as it would snag on my sheets or pillow as I would move. This does not do that.

Be sure to do the sizing before purchase. The main thing that I purchased this for was to monitor sleep which it does very well. Does a whole lot that I am working on figuring out. Really like that this is a ring as I don't want something on my wrist while sleeping. So far so good and would recommend.

I love this ring I can’t wear my Apple Watch at night it keeps me awake but I wanted something to track my sleep and Health oura is definitely what I was looking for

Bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. A little pricey but she loves it. Helps her with her sleep and activity.

I love this ring. I bought it mainly to monitor sleep, stress and body temperature. The sleep portion of it has really opened my eyes as to how bad my sleep really was. I spoke to my doctor about it and we are working on ways to get a better sleep. It does accurately log my stress also. If you are on the fence about purchasing a ring, don’t be. It’s a good investment. Make sure you purchase the sizing kit first. I’m glad I did.

Perfect piece of jewelry. Great battery life and so nice to measure my sleep without having to wear a watch. Great purchase!

As advertised. Go up a size. They run tight if you’re not using the sizing kit. Also you may have to buy online only.
