I love it way more than my Apple Watch, I only need to charge my ring like once a week and it also looks amazing with my jewelry.

This was a gift to my son. According to his opinion, this is a good device for tracking sleep, but pulse tracking seems inaccurate most of the time - by approximately 20 beats/minute. I'm not aware of his opinion about any other features at this time.

This ring is great at measuring sleep statistics. It is a bit less accurate and movement statistics and the monthly subscription is a bit high for what you get.

The sleep tracking and heart rate seem to be pretty accurate. Not a whole lot different than a galaxy or apple watch, but it does look good. Beware the black and the matte black both look kind of grey in direct sunlight. Still a good look but definitely not black.

Great for those who want to learn more and improve their sleep. I’ve been wearing the Oura ring now for over 6 weeks and I feel I’m much more knowledgeable on my sleep and what my body and mine needs to feel rested and present.

I use this to track my sleep and it has been so insightful! I also love that it tells me my readiness for the next day. My only issue is that it scratches easily, so be mindful of that if you lift weights!

It's simple. Works great. Great Battery Life. So far no scratches and I have the stealth version. And it compliments my Apple Watch really well! If you are looking for a non invasive health tracker I would highly suggest!
