Love the ring - mostly enjoy to track sleep as now I don't have to wear my apple watch to bed.

I love this ring it gives me so much information I’m not sure I h e it all figures out yet. It’s excellent with heart rate, steps and activity. I would highly recommend it.

I bought this for my daughter-in-law as a gift for getting her Citizenship! It was a huge accomplishment deserved something special that she had been wanting. It was a huge hit and she absolutely loves it. She loves to work out and is using it to track her activity, heart rate, sleep, etc.

So far enjoying it. Keeps charge for very long time, but sometimes disconnects from the app. Overall pretty worth it

It’s hard to like this ring when it can only connect to one device. You cannot connect it to your iPhone and your iPad. You choose one or the other. It’s 2024! I don’t have this problem with an Apple Watch. I’ve never had this problem with a Fitbit device. Oura is the only device in existence that cannot connect to more than one device on the same account. $450?! Talk about 2005 tech. Seriously considering returning it.

Charge life is very good, better than expected, several days. Sleep data is my favorite, only negative is that since it's in your finger, weight lifting or similar activities might stress it more than if it were on your wrist

Great ring in yellow gold. Holds its charge well. I'm not sure how accurate it is on tracking workouts though... some seem to be entirely skipped while others appear to be over-tracked.

Gen3 was great. Mostly comfortable and good build quality.

My wife loves this ring! It help keep track of all of her activity and sleep and even gives recommendations on what to do depending on sleep quality!

I got this ring in hopes it would replace my Whoop. I do a lot of running and cycling which typically involves a lot of movement. The ring really struggled to measure heart rate during the day, likely due to movement, light leakage, and/or poor fit. The heart rate monitoring really shines at night though. This is why I think Oura is more of a sleep tracker and holistic health device rather than a fitness tracker. I think Whoop is more balanced in sleep/recovery tracker and strain/exertion. I think I will stay with Whoop for now

Would be better off buying a Fitbit or Apple Watch, I bought after a referral from a friend (who was using Gen2) and doesn’t have to pay subscription- 6$ + tax monthly subscription on top of a 400-500$ ring is ridiculous. Pro’s: long battery life, requires 1 charge a week for 20 mins. Con’s: can’t use it after 1 month of free membership, it is practically useless and paying 80$ per year for the subscription service is absolutely crazy.

Love the ring and knowing my readiness and sleep score. It tells me if I need to take more time to recover. Just not a fan of the gold color. It looks off to me

This is an excellent tracker for sleep. I love being able to know what my body is doing when I am not awake. It is easier to make adjustments having this info. I highly recommend it! It looks great too!

I like it. It’s comfortable. I wish it notified me and told me a little more about what my body is doing instead of having to find my way through the app but the information is interesting once you dive in.

Bought for my husband and he loves it along with all the data that it collects.

Interesting way to monitor heart rate. Wish it tracked steps.

Love it. I track my sleep every day. Helps me pick up when I am stressed so I can identify what moments of the day are more stressful. The steps count is VERY accurate. Will definitively buy gen4 when I have a chance. Its worth every penny.
