Seems to be accurate device although there need to be easier educational tools to provide guidance on the best setup for an individual.

Very happy with the ring. My wife loves it. Had a slight issue with the size. Used the in store sizing tool, ended up needing a size smaller. The return/exchange was very easy.

I love my ring, and I don't leave home without it. I turned around several times after noticing it was left on the charger. Another great item that I bought from Best Buy. I couldn't have made a better choice. I'm hoping they get one made by Apple so I can buy that one too.

the data i got was great data, however it wasnt great for what i needed. I also didn’t really like wearing it, kinda bulky

This is an excellent tracker for sleep. I love being able to know what my body is doing when I am not awake. It is easier to make adjustments having this info. I highly recommend it! It looks great too!

Great ring in yellow gold. Holds its charge well. I'm not sure how accurate it is on tracking workouts though... some seem to be entirely skipped while others appear to be over-tracked.

An excellent resource for helping me track my sleep! I had no idea how badly i was sleeping until i saw all the metrics in the app. Very very glad i purchased this ring.

I used to wear my fitbit daily but switched to the oura ring for aesthetic purposes. I've been very happy with how well it tracks activity & sleep! and it looks nice on!

I was an Apple Watch user for a long time but felt it lacked overall wellness as built-in features/metrics and I also prefer wearing a traditional watch, so I turned to Oura after many recommendations from friends and coworkers, and I have not been disappointed!

I like it. It’s comfortable. I wish it notified me and told me a little more about what my body is doing instead of having to find my way through the app but the information is interesting once you dive in.

I love this ring it gives me so much information I’m not sure I h e it all figures out yet. It’s excellent with heart rate, steps and activity. I would highly recommend it.

I got this ring in hopes it would replace my Whoop. I do a lot of running and cycling which typically involves a lot of movement. The ring really struggled to measure heart rate during the day, likely due to movement, light leakage, and/or poor fit. The heart rate monitoring really shines at night though. This is why I think Oura is more of a sleep tracker and holistic health device rather than a fitness tracker. I think Whoop is more balanced in sleep/recovery tracker and strain/exertion. I think I will stay with Whoop for now

This is a great device with many features to monitor your health from a variety of aspects. Easy to wear and the battery life lasts several days.

Supper nice gadget if you are wanting to track your sleep, steps and overall health. The recommended finger is the index.

I like mine so much I got one for my fiancé!! Great for tracking movement as expected but also really accurate feedback on stress level and sleep which I’ve come to love most.

Ring does a great job at tracking health parameters. I check my data every morning. I definitely would recommend this device.

Would be better off buying a Fitbit or Apple Watch, I bought after a referral from a friend (who was using Gen2) and doesn’t have to pay subscription- 6$ + tax monthly subscription on top of a 400-500$ ring is ridiculous. Pro’s: long battery life, requires 1 charge a week for 20 mins. Con’s: can’t use it after 1 month of free membership, it is practically useless and paying 80$ per year for the subscription service is absolutely crazy.
