Love it! Especially for tracking my sleep so ot helps me work on sleep regiment to be at my best!!

I was afraid this would be a waste of money, but took the chance. Great for tracking sleep and other body data beyond what the Apple Watch tracks.

I love my Oura ring! It is helping me be more aware of my sleep habits, which is so important as a college student. Plus, it even has sent me warnings about potential illness/sickness that my body may be working to fight. I absolutely love the healthy habits that It is helping me be more aware of.

Comfortable to wear and battery is lengthy. Am a but disappointed with oxygen measuring only being at night—not on demand—for example when having an asthma incident.

Great device, tracks sleep better than any other device I have used before. Allows you to see trends and adjust accordingly.

Like see if you are rested or not The new update on the app is hard to understand and hard to add info about work out or naps or things you may forgot to put in same day And it has bad connectivity, some days wont register data Expensive monthly fee app At night my fingers some days of the month, they swell, making my ring get stuck and causing pain with the sensors against my finger at night

Works perfectly, only complaint i have is the monthly subscription that you have to pay and its a little thicker then a normal ring.

I absolutely love my Oura Ring! From the sleek, minimalist design to the incredibly insightful health data, it's truly become an essential part of my everyday life. But what I love most is the sleep tracking feature—it’s honestly a game changer.

The data is a bit different from my Apple Watch and sometimes very different. The battery is okay... This product is completely obsolete without a subscription. Do not buy if you are not willing to pay the monthly subscription. Then they removed the illness detector feature.

Having Best Buy available for sizing, colors and returns was an amazing move. Kudos. The ring has amazing features. My brother compares his Apple Watch to the Oura and the Oura comes out ahead every time. Skeptical at first, but a believer now. And it sync's with my Apple Watch for exercise, heath, etc.
