As they say, this is the best thing since sliced bread—at least in my opinion. I’ve it 2 months now and it has helped me to greatly improve my quality of sleep. I’ve also been able to identify a few of my stress triggers and adjust so my peaks have decreased. I wish I knew about this “Quality of Life” gem sooner.

I’ve been wearing my ring everyday and honestly almost feel naked without it on. First thing I do when I wake up is check my readiness score, my steps goal and how I slept, it’s told me I was sick before I even know I was and honestly it’s been pretty on point so far. It’s only been a month so I’m looking forward to it getting to know me better and being able to predict much more.

It’s super lightweight, very durable and has an amazing battery life.

Wife loves it. Didn’t know what to buy her exactly. Then I was seeing this pop up on my feed and other women speaking about it. As of now she wears it non stop unless she’s charging it. It actually told her when her cycle was about to happen which is weird, since she never knows herself. As long as she’s happy I’m happy.

This have given me a lot of great information that will hopefully help me improve things health wise. Easier that a smart watch if you dont like wearing a watch. Only thing is its a little smaller than the sizing kit that you should purchase first and wear around.

The data stop updating for sleep, and after many attempts with Oura customer service they said go back to Best Buy

Bought this as a gift for my son. He’s been wearing it for a couple years every day and has had no issues with it. I would highly recommend.

While im sure it’s probably a very good ring! after using the ring sizer at the store, i could not get the ring on my finger, returned it immediately It took almost a week to get from being sized to the ring came in, they need to replace that junk plastic ring sizer at the store!

I’ve owned my oura ring for about 6 months now and I can’t say enough good things! It has allowed me to learn so much about my body and being able to feel and be my best self. Would suggest getting a ring guard if you use it to workout to prevent scratches but otherwise I would buy it again!

I purchased this for my husband to serve and represent our marriage of 20 years. He needed a new wedding band and I wanted to give him something that exemplifies my love, all-in-one and what better way than to give something that serves two purposes.
