I love it but it was too big, didnt realize how much my fingers change size

You need to buy the monthly membership otherwise the ring doesn't do much. It helps with tracking sleep, steps, calories. I probably wouldn't keep it if it wasn't a gift only because of the membership.

Seems to be accurate device although there need to be easier educational tools to provide guidance on the best setup for an individual.

Bought for my wife, I figured just another gimmick fashion fad, turns out these are great and do what they say. I would say a skinnier more feminine band for the ladies, and fix the minor unpairing every month or two. If they were $150-$200 I think they’d sell a lot more

Charge life is very good, better than expected, several days. Sleep data is my favorite, only negative is that since it's in your finger, weight lifting or similar activities might stress it more than if it were on your wrist

Husbands loves it so far. Uses it mainly for tracking sleep.

I bought my first Oura ring from ouraring.com and absolutely loved it, but unfortunately, it only lasted about two months because I lost it. It slipped off my finger while I was working, and I didn't even notice. Recently, I bought another one for $400, and about three weeks ago, I nearly lost it too. I took it off to wash my hands, left it on the counter, and thought it was gone. I really wish they would incorporate GPS into these Oura rings so you can easily find them if lost, maybe with a feature that activates when the ring isn't on a finger. However, I understand that fitting all that technology into such a small item might not be feasible yet.

Best purchase I’ve ever made! I was trying to conceive and this ring helped me track my ovulation and get pregnant in one month. After that it’s helped me track al my pregnancy. Love it! I love it way more than my Apple Watch, I only need to charge my ring like once a week and it also looks amazing with my jewelry.

I love this tool! It’s much more comfortable than a watch and I don’t get all the notifications. I mostly use it for sleep tracking, but the temperature feature is insightful!

Usefull for better seflcare and helps you validate your needs. Like see if you are rested or not The new update on the app is hard to understand and hard to add info about work out or naps or things you may forgot to put in same day And it has bad connectivity, some days wont register data Expensive monthly fee app At night my fingers some days of the month, they swell, making my ring get stuck and causing pain with the sensors against my finger at night

Very happy with the ring. My wife loves it. Had a slight issue with the size. Used the in store sizing tool, ended up needing a size smaller. The return/exchange was very easy.

the data i got was great data, however it wasnt great for what i needed. I also didn’t really like wearing it, kinda bulky

An excellent resource for helping me track my sleep! I had no idea how badly i was sleeping until i saw all the metrics in the app. Very very glad i purchased this ring.

Supper nice gadget if you are wanting to track your sleep, steps and overall health. The recommended finger is the index.

I used to wear my fitbit daily but switched to the oura ring for aesthetic purposes. I've been very happy with how well it tracks activity & sleep! and it looks nice on!

Great ring in yellow gold. Holds its charge well. I'm not sure how accurate it is on tracking workouts though... some seem to be entirely skipped while others appear to be over-tracked.

This is a must have for people who want to track sleep and stress.

Not bad. Too small for finger so don’t wear it. Wish I would have returned it.

I absolutely love this! The sleep data is great and it's comfortable. The only downside is the monthly subscription.
