Waited for 4 years after fitbit filed a patent for a ring but has yet to offer one. Decided on the Oura ring after reading many reviews. I'm happy with the experience so far. The app provides A Lot of data, so if you are looking for that, you should be pleased. I was also interested in the oxygen sensor that Oura has and my watch did not, so another plus. I've had the ring for over a month and my wrist is still healing from 8 or more years of wearing a watch. The indents from the watch are clearly visible but slowly diminishing. The feeling of freedom, however, is marvelous and greatly appreciated!

Ended up getting another for my wife. I understand the sub fee is off-putting. If you can look past it, the data is worth it, the design is nice, and its accuracy is really good. It knew I was about to be sick a whole 12 hours before I came down with a virus based on my body temperature spike. Its stuff like that has made me a believer in the product. It honestly takes it about 3 weeks to gather enough data on your body to offer worthwhile insights. It sucks because for the first three weeks i felt like i had wasted my money and was gonan return it. It wasnt until week 3 when reports started becoming available, plus the whole heads up about coming down with a bug beofere i even felt sick was the moment i said ok Oura you can have my monthly 5 dollars. They should make the free trial at leaat two minths to help those on the fence see the value in the device.

I’m loving this so far! I’ve had it about a month… it really encourages me to keep moving. It’s nice to see your activity through the app. Personally, I’m not a iwatch girl. I don’t like being that connected to my phone or bombarded with notifications. And they’re not attractive looking…So this cute little gold ring is SO nice for me! The battery is supposed to last ~1 week… mine lasts 5-6 days.

A very sturdy little unit that gives me all of the health trackers that I would normally want for my watch, but now I get to wear whichever watch I would like. Much easier to match with outfits and still stay stylish, love this thing!

Glad I did the sample ring fit check for a couple days. The size I ended up buying was different from what I originally thought I'd get. The ring is a little wider/bulkier than what I normally wear, but it's simplicity makes it look really nice and fun to wear daily. Loving the sleep tracking information as well as Daytime Stress monitoring and Resiliency monitoring. Really some interesting insights. I love that the app encourages activity as well as relaxing downtime to achieve a balance. Battery lasts multiple days per charge - I haven't let it go all the way down to test how long a full charge lasts.

Love this piece of technology. I've struggled with sleep for awhile, and although it doesn't automatically make you sleep better, it provides the information to understand your habits and how they impact your sleep. From there, you can make the best choices. I do recommend the sizing kit. I had to make two different exchanges. The ring fits smaller than a normal ring due to the sensors. I would size up and choose a size that you can wear on multiple fingers to account for fluctuations due to weather, diet, exercise, etc.

If you are looking for a way to monitor your sleep patterns beyond your smartwatch, this is the way to go. I use this so I have a 24-hour monitor of what my body is doing and reacting to. I have been using this product for one month now, every night after I take off my watch. Using the app for this product I now have a record of my sleep patterns and get information on what's needed to improve factors. I recommend the paid version of the app for full corrective use of this product. The battery level last a long time once it is fully charged up for the first time. I usually only need to charge it once a week during the off times I am not wearing it. it does work in sync with the Health app on the iWatch so when I get the updates it shows my activity for the day also on the app for this product. This was a useful addition to monitoring my health.

My only regret is not getting it sooner. I am on a health journey and have come a long way. The Oura ring has made it so easy to track everything and gives me amazing insights that I can leverage to continue being health-focused. It also looks stylish and goes great with the rest of my jewelry. I love it. I think it is amazing that I only have to charge it for a couple of minutes for it to last 7 days. My only recommendation is to go one size up since it has a snug fit on the finger.

The Oura ring is a phenomenal fitness tracker. It is the best sleep tracker J have used, and when I got the flu last week, it was able to detect it from my elevated body temperature, heart rate and stress levels. Doesn’t get in the way and better battery life than Apple Watch.

My wife has really been enjoying this. Helping her be a little more conscientious of her sleep, energy and goals for the day and night. She didn't want to sleep with a bulky watch on her wrist and never minds another ring on her fingers!! I catch her checking the app every day to review the data. And no complaints about paying for the monthly fee after the first free month. She says it's very comfortable and loves the notifications. Especially likes the reminders to breathe - funny how we forget to do that... Highly recommended...

LOVE this thing. I had a pixel watch before, was annoyed that Fitbit and Google couldn't get their act together. The strap was irritating, and I never used the call feature. With this Oura ring, I get everything I need in a fitness tracker, with none of the annoying ancillary BS. Lasts long (5 days before you need to charge, and it charges quick), and the fitness data is so detailed! The best thing is it is out of the way. I mean, it is kinda big on the finger, but so much better than an.annoying watch!

I've been an Oura ring user since 2020. Love the product and love the health data it gives me. I recently upgraded to the Gen3 and I'm very pleased with the battery life and all the new features Oura has added to the app. Its very comfortable to wear. Be sure to know your ring size before you order.

The Oura Ring Gen 3 has exceeded all my expectations. Here are some features that I have really enjoyed: Battery Life: One of the most impressive aspects of the Oura Ring Gen 3 is its battery longevity. With the O2 sensor activated, the ring lasts a solid 4-5 days on a single charge. If you choose to turn off the O2 sensor, the battery life extends even further to an impressive 6-7 days. This extended battery life is incredibly convenient, allowing for more time tracking and less time charging. Stress Level Tracking: The Oura Ring’s ability to track stress levels throughout the day is another highlight. It provides insights into my daily stress patterns, helping me to better manage and mitigate stress. The ring’s accurate stress tracking has made a significant difference in my daily routine and overall well-being. Health Monitoring: One feature that particularly stands out is the ring’s capability to detect changes in body temperature. Recently, I was starting to feel under the weather, and the Oura Ring alerted me to take it easy, detecting the subtle changes in my body temperature. This early warning system is invaluable for proactively managing my health and preventing illness from escalating. Design and Durability: The brushed titanium finish is another aspect I love about this ring. Not only does it look sleek and stylish, but it also effectively hides minor scratches, keeping the ring looking pristine even with regular wear. This durable finish ensures the ring maintains its aesthetic appeal over time.

Overall it’s a good health tracker, for the price, $545, I’m disappointed, I thought it would show a lot more detail, and I think the subscription is silly. I also don’t think it’s very accurate most the time. I like that it tracks my temperature however it’s also just off a lot of times, for example when it says, “You’re feeling great! Push yourself today.” And I’m sick as a dog. Or the opposite when I do feel like and it’s telling me to rest lol. The overcharge on the colors are also pretty ridiculous. There aren’t many purchases I regret, but this is one of them.

The rings sleep and readiness functions are great and my sleep schedule has dramatically improved since using the ring. The activity tracking can be a little weird at times, with the ring thinking I’m working out anytime I shower or do other random tasks throughout the day, although this may improve as I continue to enter my activities that set the ring to asking what I am doing. All in all I’m really happy with the purchase. The battery life is also incredible, I typically get 3-5 days between charges and it only takes about an hour to get it fully charged.

The ring is actually really fun to use. I’ve never enjoyed sleeping with my apple watch on and a ring is so much more comfortable. It’s great to see how my sleep quality is, and what needs to be improved. However, on a long car ride it told me i burned 300 calories from exercise even though i was just sitting in the back seat. It makes me nervous about all of the other metrics this is measuring as well.

I had to jump on the Oura bandwagon, so I got one. I was interested in tracking my sleep, and I don't like wearing a watch to bed. Rather than order the sizer, wait for it to arrive in the mail, order the ring online, and then wait to get it, I just went into a Best Buy store where I could use the sizer there. I got one that fits on either of my ring fingers. I think wearing it on the index finger -- for a guy, anyway -- just looks a little ridiculous. It's like you have to announce to the world that you have an Oura and you want people to ask about it. No. I think paying a subscription to have access to all the metrics that the ring tracks is a bit much, but it's relatively inexpensive. I'm sure it's going to go up at some point, at which time I'll re-evaluate whether I really need this ring or not. An AppleWatch tracks many of the same things without a subscription. I do appreciate that Oura updates what apps can help you interpret your readings, and they're usually included. The packaging gives the warning that the ring can scratch somewhat easily, but I have not experienced that at all. And I am pretty rough on it. I will say that the ring doesn't seem to keep a charge as long as it indicated. I have to charge it every 3 or 4 days. But it's still much longer than the watch. One thing I'd like to see included: I can scan my AppleWatch on some gym equipment to sync them. I wish this ring could do the same.
