Love my Oura ring, I’ve worn it every day with no issues!

I love my Oura ring. It tracks my sleep, steps and Stress. So cool!!!

Love it, comfortable even to sleep. Makes me pay attention to my sleep habits.

Thus far, I have enjoyed the insight provided by this technology, from the sleep patterns to tracking resilience and recovery. It has made me more aware of some causes to tiredness during the day. I also wash my hands a lot as a nurse and it still functions just as well! Recommend!

The biometrics of this device is outstanding! Though the Best Buy clerks do not know how to properly size the ring, and had to exchange it twice. Read Oura’s online article on how to size your ring.

I love the Oura ring. It’s super light weight and most of the time I don’t feel it when you wear it. It stays charged for a long time. It looks like a band ring and not bulky at all.

Great alternative to fitbit or apple watch. Prefer to wear traditional watches so this was perfect for me. Only have to charge it once a week. Great insights to sleep patterns as well as step counting and readinesss for every day. So far big fan!

Love my Oura ring! It lets me track my sleep, and cycle. Its not the best for activity because It's hard to lift weights, but you can just add that back in the app! I bought a little ring cover on amazon too so it doesn't get scratched at the gym.

Bought this as a test to see if it could replace my Apple Watch and Fitbit trackers and it is great if you could wear a ring as a male. it only requires one hour a week to charge so far so good even for the price. I love it.

I was excited to get this ring because of the technology - but in all fairness I get the same features from my Apple Watch. For the price $500 ehh I coulda bought me some nice shoes …

Very helpful for health monitoring. My husband has sleep apnea and also AFib. This monitors his sleep cycles, body temps and daily workouts. He loves it and says he can’t imagine not using it. We have already bought one as a gift for a family member.

I love my oura ring!! Very insightful for my health and sleeping habits. My only struggle is remembering to remove my ring and dry underneath after washing my hands. If I forget my finger will get really dry.
