I had an over-the-range microwave installed. I must say that the installation technician did a great job in about 45 minutes. He was on time. He also removed and took the old microwave.

This review is for installation of the whirlpool 1.1 cu ft over the range microwave - i always have great luck with whoever BestBuy sends for installation.

while the install went well overall, the service team did not clean up their mess afterwards. They left saw dust inside the cabinet above the microwave where they drilled access for the power cord to the outlet. This left saw dust below on the range also. The service person even asked us if we'd sweep up the floor. This was the lead person who did the MW install. His assistant was very nice and friendly. they did the job just not very good customer service.

What a team! My cabinets needed to be moved a couple of inches up to accommodate new OTC microwave to be by the code. They did that in a matter of minutes and were done and out! Extra charge was realistic.

I love how much smaller than a normal microwave for over the range. I haven’t figured out all it can do yet unfortunately it didn’t come with an instruction book. It was installed in like 45 minutes which was awesome

Richard did a great job installing our new microwave. He arrived during the stated time frame and was fast, professional, and courteous in the installation. Highly recomend him.

Because I didn't have a previous microwave over my range, the technician had to remove the hood and install an outlet box. He covered up my glass top range and cleaned up the mess after installing the microwave. Took less time than I expected!

We are pleased with our Samsung microwave. Installation, however, did not go so well. Although Steve, Geek Squad's contracted installer was pleasant and determined, he was not prepared for the work involved. If my husband had not been available, he would not have been able to do the installation.

Steve was the installer replacing an old range vent hood with an over the range microwave and he did an excellent job. I had planned on the project taking much longer but due to his knowledge and ability it was completed in a very short time.

Installer came on time. Was efficient and friendly. Things seem to go smoothly. Glad I didn't have to do it!

The guys did a very good job. It wasn't an easy remove and replace but I feel they were up to the job. Was satisfied.

Tech guys came quickly & took out the old n 5 mins & installed the new one in under 10 minutes. Total professionalism.

SO FAR VERY IMPRESSED WITH MICROWAVE. LITTLE LOUD BUT WE LIVE IN A LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD, LOL.
