The Microwave fits perfectly & is beautiful. It IS a bit loud, as I read another person stated. But not loud enough to return. The Installers were great. Professional & neat.

The installation went fairly well. However, the instructions clearly state that this is a 2 person job, but only 1 person was sent to do the install. I had to help him hold it in place as he secured the microwave above the range. I am 79 years old and don't appreciate having to do any lifting when installation was supposed to be included with this microwave.

The team did a good job installing the microwave oven. But the price of the install was a bit expensive at $200.

Perfect fit. Works very well. Price fair. The space was measured accurately. The installation had no problems. Best Buy employees and agents were if the highest caliber.

I really like all the features of my LG microwave. I like the extra shelf. The only thing I do not like is the fact that I can't see the bottom rotating plate at the bottom of the microwave. The microwave has a big black border covering the view of the inside. The only thing that can be see when the microwave is running is the top shelf. I want to be able to see the rotating dish on the bottom.

It has large capacity and many varieties of cooking settings.

They were quick and efficient. They new just what to do. They cleaned up after themselves. The entire removal and installation took less than 30 minutes.

Installers were quick and installed the microwave like a pro. They also made sure that existing appliances were protected during the installation. They also cleaned up after the microwave was installed.

This is a basic hood, nothing extra. Lacks a timer beyond the cooking time itself. The door and latch feels cheap and lightweight as you close it, however it has lasted over a year without problems.

Team arrived early, did the job quickly with minimal mess. Even set the clock before they left! Arranging for service wasn't so simple, left me with questions.
