Very helpful, had to add a cabinet to hook microwave to qand relocate electrical outlet. The young man was very professional and willing to help out.

They came, they installed and it worked. A1 all OK. Would recommend installation and microwave oven.

Our wall was about a inch off from the slot it was supposed to fit into, but the technicians did a great job installing it without any fuss or problem.

I love this LG microwave. It is very spacious and I really love the push out vent extender. The vent blows strong at the top as well as the bottom. The Installer was quick and very professional. After the installation, he took time to show me the features and how to register this product. He also reminded me to pair it to the ThinQ app on my iPhone. It cooks and warms as expected. I highly recommend.

Instal was rushed didnt clean away sawdust from holes. Everytime you turn on fan it comes out from behind. The foil top were the vents connected was not folded properly. Door is not straight so installed call to let company know I then got on phone they stated that they were going to set up new appointment still didnt happen.

This man who made the service was great . He made a great work !

Started off terrible as two separate install teams failed. But was made right with a free install and great customer service. I think moving forward this service will be even better as they have fixed the problem that I had. Best buy and geek squad are awesome!

Installers were fast, friendly, clean, and professional. Very happy.

This otr is smaller than the regular ones but it makes the space under it more spacious. The touch sensitive door is helpful and it has plenty enough space for even our big bowl.

The install was great , the guys were quick and efficient. Worth the total tech price
