Great installation

Removal of the old range hood and installation of the microwave went smoothly and cleanup after installation left the area clean.

He placed a covering over my stovetop to catch any sawdust before drilling. He removed the old microwave and installed the new one. He cleaned up after himself a took the old microwave; per my request from Best Buy (installation and removal of the existing microwave). The experience was totally positive for me! Great job!

Installation Crew Excellent

The two installers are independent employees who work for Best Buy. They were supposed to come on Saturday, but ran over on the job before ours. They came to our house THE NEXT DAY, SUNDAY and did the work. How refreshing to find someone that cares about the customer's needs. Great job and they took extra care to protect on new hardwood and tile flooring!

Mixed experiences

Customer in store every time I go in is great. What I was not a fan of was the installers. They came is and charged me an extra $200 for my microwave. Later I also found the cabinet is not even venting! But you installed this and took more money instead of telling me if shouldn't be there. Not impressed.
