Because of an existing electrical outlet, the first installer was not allowed to do it. The actual installer was a third party person, and did not have enough information (i.e. job description, invoice, etc.). I was then charged too much and had to go into the store to get a refund. Eventually, it was worked out.

Very friendly and the install was done perfectly. Previously having issues with Home Depot and Lowes, I will always go with Best Buy after this.

Arrival Time and Schedule Time Differences

When I set up the appointment I was told between the hours of 12 and 8. I asked if they didn't have a smaller window and she said that was all they had. I received an email that said between 12 and 3 so I thought she must have misread the time. Sometime after 3, I called and they tried to contact the installer. He called shortly afterwards and said he was 25 minutes out according to his GPS. I asked what happened, did he have a difficult installation? He told me I was on his schedule from 3-7.

Installation

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installation was quick didn't take long at all the only thing was he has a screw that he didn't make flush he probably needed more torque from his drill but it didn't happen. Also he didn't clean up his mess when he was done. I did it after he left.
