Installation was quick and the installers were very polite.

The actual installation was very smooth. When I set up the appointment I was told between the hours of 12 and 8. I asked if they didn't have a smaller window and she said that was all they had. I received an email that said between 12 and 3 so I thought she must have misread the time. Sometime after 3, I called and they tried to contact the installer. He called shortly afterwards and said he was 25 minutes out according to his GPS. I asked what happened, did he have a difficult installation? He told me I was on his schedule from 3-7.

In store experience was great! Customer in store every time I go in is great. What I was not a fan of was the installers. They came is and charged me an extra $200 for my microwave. Later I also found the cabinet is not even venting! But you installed this and took more money instead of telling me if shouldn't be there. Not impressed.

Microwave is just the right size it's sleek , has no handle, height is just right and great for teenagers

I had a lot of trouble with the installation. Because of an existing electrical outlet, the first installer was not allowed to do it. The actual installer was a third party person, and did not have enough information (i.e. job description, invoice, etc.). I was then charged too much and had to go into the store to get a refund. Eventually, it was worked out.

These guys are pro. Showed up on time, protected the work area, and we're fast and curtious. Nice work!

The installation was quick didn't take long at all the only thing was he has a screw that he didn't make flush he probably needed more torque from his drill but it didn't happen. Also he didn't clean up his mess when he was done. I did it after he left.

They did a good job. Best Buy always does a great job with installations
