Poor Service Scheduling

I ordered this microwave in November, including installation service. The item was back ordered, which I understand. Because it was back ordered, the item became decoupled from another appliance installation (which went well). I had a very hard time finding out what happened with the microwave. The Best Buy app did not give me information on that item regarding any delivery or installation date. I finally was able to speak to Best Buy service, and was assured that I would be receiving both delivery and installation on 31 January. However, when the microwave was delivered, those personnel had no idea about installation. In another call to Best Buy service, I was assured that the installation would also happen the same day. This did not happen. I had to schedule installation yet another week out. Because Best Buy only provides A 12 -hour delivery window, I have been forced to sequester multiple days for a service that should have taken one day.
