Mixed experiences

Customer in store every time I go in is great. What I was not a fan of was the installers. They came is and charged me an extra $200 for my microwave. Later I also found the cabinet is not even venting! But you installed this and took more money instead of telling me if shouldn't be there. Not impressed.

The maytag microwave we decided to order, we wasnt syre about the quality but after was instaled from best buy expert wete very happy. Best experience so far.

Another installer professional came with microwave hood combo, and range. Both teams were very good and friendly. They went over the product showing me how to use it and properly maintain equipment. The professional installer sent for the hood microwave did an amazing job and was very quick at installing.
