Added a new microwave to my house

Some people might have been mad but I get it.

We made the purchase, but let them set up the delivery and installation date. They were so very impressed with the delivery/install team. Made us look like fantastic landlords! Great service.

Very fast professional install

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being that installation was not done by Best Buy’s third party vendor and sister of the family watched a U Tube video and installed the microwave herself because the family couldn’t wait that long for them to be installed I am giving you a 1 star because you did credit back the money. I purchased the appliances as Christmas gifts for a local family that had suffered some major problems last year and purchased the installation because they couldn’t install them themselves so then having to try to keep rescheduling the installation and no one calling me to let me know that the installation wasn’t being done the first two times they were scheduled was very frustrating, I made many phone calls before I got someone that actually did what they said they would do and followed through by calling me back twice to get me answers!!! Appliances themselves are great the family loves them!!
