Destroyed my cabinets
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installer had to reschedule my appointment to Tuesday due to a truck being broken down. He pushed me out to the last appointment in his day instead of the first. He showed up after 7:00 PM and didn't leave until after 10:00 PM. He didn't use any of the installation hardware and destroyed my cabinets. On top of all that, he requested a tip before leaving. I will never buy another appliance from Best Buy again.

Great technicians!!

Were contracted out of TX and they were awesome, Nice, friendly, and followed all safety precautions. Demonstrated all features.

We knew when they were coming, they arrived on time. Tyrone did a fantastic job. Thank you.

Viking Microwave

Only the high fan. No low. I believe this is a manufactured hiccup because this the second microwave ( same model ) that also does not have a low fan.
