Great job on the installation. The techs were very quick and thorough. It did cost me $150 extra because my old range was hard wired.

The workers came in and even with a slight issue with the installation brackets they made the install look easy.

The installer was very professional. From installing to having me test out the machine before he left.

I was told buy the sale agent that the installation of the new microwave included removal of hard wire range to include putting in a new outlet. Luckily I did prior work and had it taken care of because the installer said it would have been an additional $169.00. The delivery guys on the other hand we above snd beyond. I do understand that they can only do what the work order is for and that was fabulous. The one star is for the sales rep

I would never purchase anything from this store again. It is run by a bunch of kids who don't know the products. As a result, we waited 2 months for a washer and dryer. We were told that the risers we purchased worked with the new washer and dryer. I specifically asked if the GE risers would be compatible with the washer and dryer we purchased. We were told yes, they would. We waited 4 weeks to get them and when they arrived, we found out they didn't. So, we purchased a GE washer and dryer and GE risers. We were told delivery in 2 weeks. When they arrived, the installer said there was a specific riser for the dryer, and they sent 2 washer risers. So now it is April 29th, and we have to wait till another riser is ordered and delivered. God only knows how long this will take. We started this whole process on March 1st, and it is now April 29th, and my order is still not complete. I wouldn't buy anything from this store if they gave it for free!! Don't buy from here. A bunch of kids running the store who don't know anything about the products.

Good installation, good haul away. the only thing that can be improved it the scheduling as 12-8pm is not a small window
