Purchased LG oven w/hood range. The gas oven was never connected and purchased Tech service contract for that reason. Need to be reimbursed for getting 3 party to connect gas. Oven was purchased 7/15/22 and couldn’t use it 3 weeks. Spoke to BB rep Kay. She called and told her I plan to resolve at store. Store couldn’t resolve. I’ve been calling her, but she hasn’t gotten back. Please have someone call to remedy this situation. Reviewing the service, not the product.Thank you

Like most everything about it except the plastic handle. all my other Samsung appliances have metal handles that give them a richer look.

The gentlemen removed the old unit and installed the new microwave in a fraction of the time that it would have taken me.

The techicians called with an eta, and arrived on time. As well as very polite and professional during the installation.

Very knowledgeable keep work area clean and informed me of the work that was being performed

-The vendor was not aware that they were installing an outlet and had to call their office. -They had to take the unit off after installing because they put on a piece backwards. -They did clean up and took all the garbage away. -They were very friendly.

This over the range microwave is much better than the one I purchased in 2016. It is the same style and brand but updated and the vent seems to work better.
