    The installers from the best buy subcontractor “excellence appliance” are nice & fairly professional, but there’s additional fee on everything! The switching from hardware to a regular outlet fee is understandable & was disclosed when I purchased this but a fee for drilling on a tile backsplash is quite absurd. I just wish there was a price or additional cost transparency before I purchased this installation. Lessons learned: I’llpay attention to details & will not consider purchasing installation again, I think I overpaid on this one.
