No presentation no wrap up

They checked the boxes on the event completion form for services that they DIDN'T provide. That includes demonstrate appliance is leveled, demonstrate connections are secure, clean up workspace, demonstrate product functionality, wipe down product. The one star is for their efficiency. It took them less than an hour to remove and install the microwave.

Never Replaced

The service repair service person said it would never do what I wanted. I need the microwave to work as a vent when I use the air fryer on my stove. I have to open doors and windows. Otherwise I really like the microwave. We only use it to warm up food.

Pitiful help
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installer arrived and then began telling us he couldn’t put in the 110 outlet that we had ordered he could only hard wire it in because he was not an electrician. Really don’t understand that one . I know Best Buy has to use these outside vendors for installing but over the last 2 months, all the problems we had getting our stuff shipped and installed, they have given you a lot of headaches from unhappy customers. I have called customer service so many times I can’t count . If I had a dollar for every time I heard I’m sorry, I could pay off my stove and microwave. Sorry does not cut it . Action is what we want . I would love to be contacted by someone that could explain why the customer service team does not follow thru on anything !! Hate to say it but you will probably lose a good customer in me , if that matters to anyone? Doubt it!!

Microwave/hood range install

Until today, I have not heard back in regards to my $35 refund
