Microwave installation made easy through Best Buy Installation.

Came out a few times to install as there was a mix up with the installation plan that I needed. It was kind of a hassle

I give two stars for completing the mounting bracket. They said that the space wasn't large enough so they left it on the floor of the kitchen. I lifted it up myself and it fit fine. Thankfully, I didn't cut out the wood that they showed me. Sadly, they didn't align the mounting bolt up top, so I had to redrill those holes as well. In the end, I paid $140 for delivery and a mounting bracket.

The refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher are great. No issues with the items. The issue we had is the delivery and installation is not really installation. It is mostly delivery. The install is a joke. They claim they didn’t know how to install the items.

Installer did an excellent job. Very professional.

Went in easy but I returned due to it hanging too low.

The oven is fine, this is the second one we bought this year. The installation was terrible. Those guys knew very little about how to install something that was part of a building. They used drywall screws into a plaster wall with no anchors or into studs. They didn't know what a toggle bolt was or how to install it. The door squeaked terribly and they didn't know how to diagnose a problem or how to fix it when I explained it to them. They blamed the problem on the house which it was not. Mega Brothers should not be installing microwave ovens or dishwashers. Heavens forbid not anything with a gas pipe.

You may need to order a bump out kit on your own for greater success!

On time and fast, no problem at all during installation.

Installer came in prepared for order. Seemed to be unfamiliar with the content. Had to run to store to get parts.

I love Samsung products. The best in everything!!!

Have to unplug every other week to reset the computer screen, does not keep time for more than a week.

Good job, but do wished the outlet install portion of the job was a bit more professional .

The technicians were okay. Refused to help a little with cabinet replacement. Was disappointing :(

First, do not get any appliance installed through Best Buy. Those doing the work ARE NOT Geek Squad. They hire sub-contractors who often do not know what they are doing. I had a over-range microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer all installed using Best Buy - I had to spend money out of pocket to fix what they messed up. 5 months after my microwave was installed it started coming out of the cabinet. I had someone take a look and not only was it not on the bracket in the back and they didn't vent it properly (didn't use the parts that came with it). Did I mention it was a husband and wife team who were 6 hours late and used my tools to do the initial install. Since it was so far out of the purchase date, Best Buy sent me to their insurance company who did nothing. It seems they purposely wait you out so you have to fix the problem yourself an they don't have to do anything. Geek Squad installs have always been on point. AVOID BEST BUY APPLIANCE installs!

We just finaly got the Microwave installed. We had bought a dishwasher and microwave. We bought the first one on December 2 we had appointments for instalation 3 times and 3 times was canceled the day before. Finally went to the store and the manager was very professional she reordered and set up our delivery for March. I watch the prep video and said that they will take out the fan and replace the conection with a conection for the new microwave. When they came they said that the area was not prep. We called and they told us the video was wrong. Many things we were told but in other words we needed to put the conection for the new microwave. So we did! Microwave was installed and the installers left withought leaving us a book. So this has been a nightmare!

Do not waste your money and pay for this service. You would be better off installing this all by yourself. If I could give negative stars I would. They were to install all appliances this day. They drilled huge holes in our wall to put in the microwave and then when they went to put it up on the wall, the holes were drilled to low and they re-drilled the holes again! They DID NOT fix the holes and left the house with this left in our walls. They not only damaged them and ruined them but they DID NOT FIX them. No one at the store seemed to care to much and basically we were told that appliance install is one of the worst rated services in the US! Seriously excusing their behavior. They said they would work on getting them back out there to assess the damage and then fix it eventually. We don't have people parade through our home and weren't about to let the same group come back out to see what they did and assess their damage! Such a waste of time and money to pay them to install. We will NEVER purchase appliances from Best Buy again and NEVER pay for install. Extremely disappointed in the customer service we received. Seems to be a common occurrence lately at the stores.

I paid extra for the installers to put in an outlet box to hook this up. I was told I had to go buy the outlet box myself and have it installed. They drilled through my cupboards to install and then left all of the wood mess in my cupboard and on top of the new microwave.

have an overhead outside vent but installation was not correct. I tried to fix it myself. not sure if okay or not.
