They did install the microwave. And it's still working!

For some reason there was a mix-up with the date and time even though I was confirmed online. Once the date mix up was corrected I moved forward to more mishap. The installer brought his son with him then dropped my old microwave on my new stove, left parts all over my driveway causing a hole in my tire and I could not get reimbursed for a new tire.

After bad air conditioner install I canceled this install my son did a better job

You must have a “standard” install for them to do it. What is defined as “standard” is uncertain and they declined the work. I ended up doing it myself and saved the $.

They came home, said they thought it’s a microwave install and walked out happens twice. The third party installers Best Buy hire are the worst. Eventually had to cancel the appointment and get it installed by hiring a handyman.

Dealing with Best Buy is extremely difficult. They appear to have ended their own geek squad and now outsource all installations to third party contractors. Mine was a state away in Maryland I’m from Pennsylvania.

They wouldn't install it. Said the area was smaller than needed even though it was the same exact brand model and size as the one that's still here

I like the range but when they installed it we found that it was dented, the installer informed me that he would have it replaced and that I would not need to do anything, Its been over a month now and I have not seen a new one or has Best Buy contacted me in regards to swapping it out

The first guys had no idea on how to install this overhead microwave, they did not read the instructions. They had no idea where the layout plan was and how to apply it. It took another couple of weeks before a second crew came in. They had read the instructions and knew what to do.

Item is yet to be installed. scheduled for 5/21. I am hoping that the microwave functions better that the installation process. I have dealt with Best Buy in the past and this is by far the most frustrating experience so far!

They wouldn’t or couldn’t do it. They delivered the microwave and said they couldn’t install it cause it was hard wired, then left. I had been told they could by the in Home Consultant. So I installed ot myself.

I will give 0 rating to that person unprofessional.rude and I don’t expect they working with best buy.I have cancelled plan for there rudnes

The company came out said I needed a vent. We cut open the wall and patched it and created another hole for a vent. The company came back and said we need an outlet charged anothet $150 although already paid Best Buy for the install.

The range was not installed. The person who came said basically he will only need to plug it in. I though he will assist installing it over the range.

a complete screw up by best buy left us with our microwave sitting on the kitchen floor it wasn't the delivery teams fault. best buy took our money for the installation but evidently didn't send th ecorrect info to the company doing the work

Charged me double for installation. Do not expect to get your range hood replaced with a microwave for Best Buy’s extra charge. Installation crew will want additional payment.

Due to multiple screw ups, it took over a month to get this installed, and the installer spent a ton of time talking to my friend about lake home and trying to sell him a furnace and air conditioner, and then billed for the time!!( Best Buy took care of it, but very irritating.

Never delivered the product but it is still showing as delivered. It’s been imposible to reschedule a re-delivery or even get my money back. Terrible service!

Bad product. It came was dented, they brought and installed a second one, this one dented too.

Absolutely horrific installation experience with the 3rd Party!!! Damaged home, lied to us multiple times, and threatened my family!!!
