The two gentlemen arrived on time to install the microwave. They were polite and FAST! They came in, uninstalled, reinstalled and cleaned up their mess and were in and out within 15 minutes. Would highly recommend installation.

This review is for installation of the whirlpool 1.1 cu ft over the range microwave - i always have great luck with whoever BestBuy sends for installation.

Install was fast and efficient. They explained special features of our unit. As well as cleaned up and mess they left. Would recommend Best Buy to install in the future.

The Best Buy crew showed up on time and immediately removed my faulty unit and installed the new microwave. I am not certain it could have gone any smoother which I really appreciate.

while the install went well overall, the service team did not clean up their mess afterwards. They left saw dust inside the cabinet above the microwave where they drilled access for the power cord to the outlet. This left saw dust below on the range also. The service person even asked us if we'd sweep up the floor. This was the lead person who did the MW install. His assistant was very nice and friendly. they did the job just not very good customer service.

I had an over-the-range microwave installed. I must say that the installation technician did a great job in about 45 minutes. He was on time. He also removed and took the old microwave.

SO FAR VERY IMPRESSED WITH MICROWAVE. LITTLE LOUD BUT WE LIVE IN A LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD, LOL.

Wow! I could not believe how quickly, efficiently and neat the installers were with my new microwave. I previously had a counter-top and wanted an over-the stove. No problem. It couldn't have taken them more than half an hour. Nice, polite, friendly men who did a fantastic job.

Installer came on time. Was efficient and friendly. Things seem to go smoothly. Glad I didn't have to do it!

This is a basic hood, nothing extra. Lacks a timer beyond the cooking time itself. The door and latch feels cheap and lightweight as you close it, however it has lasted over a year without problems.

Richard did a great job installing our new microwave. He arrived during the stated time frame and was fast, professional, and courteous in the installation. Highly recomend him.

The guys did a very good job. It wasn't an easy remove and replace but I feel they were up to the job. Was satisfied.

What a team! My cabinets needed to be moved a couple of inches up to accommodate new OTC microwave to be by the code. They did that in a matter of minutes and were done and out! Extra charge was realistic.
