Install went fine, no issues. Just tough to communicate with the guy because he didn't speak English.

This was a weird one, because the guys had to work with venting originally installed for the prior (2) hoods, which had to solve their own mounting and routing issues decades ago. Still, the team was good and sharp and thought on it's feet and did a great job

Good install with Jay and Jojo! The only complaint is with the product itself. No back lights on any LG new appliances. I learned it is now pretty standard on ALL Brands, for new appliances to not have ' backlit' buttons.

Still getting used to my new microwave, but am enjoying the comfortable size and ease of usage. I use mostly to warm leftovers, and it's working well. I like having it over the stove.

Paid for the install service. Best buy installed fridge. Another installer professional came with microwave hood combo, and range. Both teams were very good and friendly. They went over the product showing me how to use it and properly maintain equipment. The professional installer sent for the hood microwave did an amazing job and was very quick at installing.

The installer was going to install a power outlet by attaching the box to the wall, not inside the wall. Said inside would be additional charge. I called Best Buy and they took care of everything at no additional cost to me.

First time using Best Buy for installation. This was for a microwave but the plug is not part of it.

My microwave looks beautiful. They cleaned up very nicely.

Installed my item fast, safely, did all the duct work and installed a new outlet for it. This exhaust fan kicks but and has a high volume of removing and odors.
