I highly recommend the installation service. The gentleman that came and did the installation was very professional and attentive to our needs. He also kept us updated every step of the way.

While I have generally been pleased with service from Best Buy, The service on this order has been terrible. I ordered this microwave in November, including installation service. The item was back ordered, which I understand. Because it was back ordered, the item became decoupled from another appliance installation (which went well). I had a very hard time finding out what happened with the microwave. The Best Buy app did not give me information on that item regarding any delivery or installation date. I finally was able to speak to Best Buy service, and was assured that I would be receiving both delivery and installation on 31 January. However, when the microwave was delivered, those personnel had no idea about installation. In another call to Best Buy service, I was assured that the installation would also happen the same day. This did not happen. I had to schedule installation yet another week out. Because Best Buy only provides A 12 -hour delivery window, I have been forced to sequester multiple days for a service that should have taken one day.

They are so fast and very professional. I know these guys aren't affiliated with Best Buy specifically, but they are happy to educate and answer any questions about how the install works.

Professional, courteous, on time, fast! I used them tv mounting and for microwave installation. Best spent money!!!!!! I hesitated but it was worth it. They are cheaper and better than the handyman services I have hired independently.

Product was on time and installed very quickly. Product fit like a glove. Please measure your current setup before purchasing because there was not even a inch left after it was installed.

The Crew was excellent OMG cleaned up and he was quick. Tested everything even saw that it could be vented two different ways and vented for the outside. Great Job

The installation crew were so courteous! On time, COVID-careful, clean, friendly, knowledgeable about the product. Great communication when they were on the way so I could prepare for their arrival. Very, very happy with this crew!

These contractors were nice but wanted me to sign without explaining anything to me or what I was signing. They made a huge mess drilling holes in my cabinets. I had the range covered to keep it clean and they removed my cover. There was sawdust everywhere! I spent the next 2 hours cleaning up. But the microwave is installed fine.

The installers were effective and quick. They were not intrusive. They were quiet and neat.

Lawrence was great. Me and the wife enjoyed his friendly demeanor and professionalism throughout the installation. He showed us how to operate and maintain our new microwave . AAA++ service.

I love the Samsung over the range microwave, it’s very spacious and the blower is great.

This would be a zero star review if possible. Geek Squad does not seem to actually use its own employees to install microwave ovens but uses third party firms instead. Further, these firms hire incompetent people. While the old oven was removed and taken away as requested (and paid for), the new one was only bolted to the wall and plugged in. No effort was made to complete the vent installation and the actually parts for the vent to be installed were taken away when they left. I have had to demand a refund and hire someone who can actually do the job. Further, the installation instructions were also taken and I have had to find a repair manual for my model oven to get the necessary instructions and to order the missing replacement parts. Do not use the Geek Squad for appliance installation but find a reputable person on your own - it will be faster, easier, and less aggravating that way.

Technicians were prompt and installation was uneventful. It took less than 60 minutes which is good in the time of a pandemic.

Technician came at scheduled time. He removed the old one and installed new one. Gave a demo of the new one and also shared few tips.

The installer, Cale/Kale, was the same person who came out to do measurements prior to our installation. What a nice fellow!! Very prompt, efficient, & friendly. One of the best guys we've ever dealt with for any home services.
