Terrible service

After installation of our microwave they never connected the vent. I called and had them come back to install it. They came back and drilled into my cabinent telling me they cant get the piece to not fit and that they dont know what to do. You expect me too? Figure it out. On top of that they just leave to there next appointment and never showed back up. I call for the third time have an appt scheduled for today between 9am to 12 pm and they still havent showed up 5 hours later! Yeah im aggravated and stressed out about this whole situation. Best buy has a terrible third party contractor. Be sure to stay away from this service out here. New product i cant even use to its full potential because of the lack of experience they offer!

Nice and polite

I just wish that it would have been installed more securely. The microwave is kind of lose now after a couple of month and I can’t get it fixed by myself.
