I think I just got a not-so-great subcontractor that day. I definitely was not going to do this installation myself, so at least the replacement has been accomplished. A little too painful though as I remember back. The subcontractor failed to leave the user's manual, and at least the folks from Best Buy customer service offered me a discount because of that.

Never Replaced

The service repair service person said it would never do what I wanted. I need the microwave to work as a vent when I use the air fryer on my stove. I have to open doors and windows. Otherwise I really like the microwave. We only use it to warm up food.

Microwave/hood range install

Until today, I have not heard back in regards to my $35 refund

No presentation no wrap up

They checked the boxes on the event completion form for services that they DIDN'T provide. That includes demonstrate appliance is leveled, demonstrate connections are secure, clean up workspace, demonstrate product functionality, wipe down product. The one star is for their efficiency. It took them less than an hour to remove and install the microwave.
