Surprise Fees

The switching from hardware to a regular outlet fee is understandable & was disclosed when I purchased this but a fee for drilling on a tile backsplash is quite absurd. I just wish there was a price or additional cost transparency before I purchased this installation. Lessons learned: I’llpay attention to details & will not consider purchasing installation again, I think I overpaid on this one.

I think I just got a not-so-great subcontractor that day. I definitely was not going to do this installation myself, so at least the replacement has been accomplished. A little too painful though as I remember back. The subcontractor failed to leave the user's manual, and at least the folks from Best Buy customer service offered me a discount because of that.
