The servicemen did a great job. They took out the old one, and did everything necessary to install the new one. Professional, personable, helpful, cleaned up any mess from the project, set clock and showed me basic operation. Very pleased with the delivery and install.

I recently purchased a Samsung Over-the-Stove microwave, along with purchasing the installation. The installation was scheduled for 12pm - 8pm on Dec. 31. Imagine my surprise when the technicians showed up at 12:15pm and had the old microwave out and the new one installed by 12:45pm. The microwave itself has been top-notch so far in every way. I would highly recommend both the microwave and the installation service to anyone.

total tech has been the best purchase ever. installation was free and flawless. the installers were very qualified and there was no wasted time. I'm a very picky person and I was greatly impressedwith these guys. they were in and out in about twenty minutes. bravo!

I've had very mixed experiences with big store contracted installers, but the one who delivered and installed this microwave was professional and knew what he was doing. So that's good. Not so great is that he didn't clean up after himself - why don't installers ever bring along a dustpan and brush to clean up all the detritus they leave all over the floor? The other thing was the price. It's a flat price and the installer said that he usually had to install a whole new outlet in the cupboard. But I already had an outlet there and he said that made his job much easier. But I paid the same installation price as if he had to do twice the work. So in that regard, I really lost out and overpaid. But when you don't have anyone that can do this sort of thing for you, you don't have much of a choice but to go with the installers and price they give you.

Original installation was a problem. The track on the wall wasn't secure on the right side and the plate securing the exhaust fan wasn't screwed in, causing a vibration noise when turned on. Second guy took care of it, but was still noisy from the inside. a third team came out with a replacement unit and it works great and and is so quiet.

Very very impressed with the installation team that came out to install our microwave. On time, fast, neat and efficient. Will definately have Best Buy install more purchases.

Specifically regarding installation not about the product. First, importantly, installers were fast and professional during installation. Had they not been, this review would have been strictly about scheduling... and not been good. I bought the microwave and specifically selected an install date a week away, not sooner, in order to request a noon-8pm install window. I work nights, so morning appts are in the middle of my night/sleep. Yesterday I got a text, narrowing to 12-4pm, which was very helpful. Then, yesterday evening I got a (really lengthy) robo call confirming my 12-4pm window... which wasnt needed since I got the text, but had I not, it would have been welcome info. At 0900 today, I got a phone call saying they were 25min away. Which meant leaping out of bed, quickly dressing and sprucing up, and a flight of the bumblebee cleaning trip between the front door and the kitchen, and then a kitchen clean up around the microwave area countertop and overhead cabinet clean up...with no time to spare. I cook a lot and tend to have the most recent prepared bread ir dessert, and the next series of ingredients on the counter... so I have a busy kitchen. I also know that its easier for the crew if the area is clear. $200 for a 15min installation = 1star Not the instsllers fault... but rather appauling. They drilled 4-6 holes, swaped the exhaust vent, lifted the machine up, tightened some bolts, and plugged it in. NOT A $200 value, at all, but if ANYTHING goes wrong I have BestBuy on the hook now. Scrambling out of bed and zip-cleaning is NOT how I like to wake up, especially when I carefully made an effort to select an afternoon timeframe. If not for their politeness and care in installing the machine, this would have received 2-stars, since the only other aspect is scheduling. If I had a 3rd arm that could hold up a 60lb machine, I would have installed it myself.

I was very happy with the installation of my Samsung slim microwave. The installers called ahead, arrived on time and completed the job quickly with zero issues.

It took a short amount of time for the two gentlemen who brought it to remove the old one and install the new one. All in all, they were here for less than thirty minutes. Ever since, the microwave has worked wonderfully. The workspace was left tidy and I appreciated not having to clean up after anyone. Two thumbs up, and five stars!

Amazed at install. I blocked off the entire day. They called and asked if they could come early. 15 minutes later they arrived. 20 minutes or less they were done with the install and were gone. The install was done without mess or disruption to my day. The installers were professional and polite. I will plan to use Best Buy again in the future

The installers were great - modified schedule to be sure I could be home (should have been clear from scheduler), came early, were professional, cleaned up, efficient, and the installation was worry free. Would love them back any time. Scheduling was a nightmare. Was promised it was scheduled, it wasn't, the person I talked with was difficult to understand, didn't always understand me, and installation was not scheduled with delivery as expected.

Installer was quick and did a great job. Was knowledgeable about the microwave.

I was so impressed. It took me a day to install the last microwave. This technician did the removal and installation in less than 30 minutes!! WOW! He cleaned up the small mess that he made. And was gone. There were two technicians. One helped get the new microwave unboxed, helped remove the old one. And held the new one until the first screw went in. Then he carried out the old microwave, box, and plastic. Then he waited in the truck for the installer to finish. The installer explained how to check filters and explained a couple new features that the new microwave had, and then they left. Again. I am very impressed. Amazing work. Hip hip hooray!

Installer did a great job putting in my range microwave. They put in a new outlet to plug it in even went out of his way to add a support piece so it would not have problems later
