Great to have a griddle on the stove. Convection oven cooks really nice

Your installation kit did not fit my kitchen situation. It needed longer bolts. The installer was very impatient and rude about doing anything out of the ordinary. He was careless banging his tools and toolbox full of screws,nuts,bolts... onto my new stovetop and onto my new granite countertop (despite asking him nicely to put all items on a padded towel I had laid out). He did not care and deliberately put his items elsewhere (onto my stove top or granite countertop) to be oppositional. He was mad that I did not have a step stool for helping hang the over-the-stove microwave. He complained of it being too heavy to lift up onto the bracket. He said my cabinet was flimsy and needed more support. He was a nasty person from minute 1. P.S. I am pretty sure he scuffed my stovetop range. It is not a spill. It is a mark that won't go away. I am calling this in.

Came out a few times to install as there was a mix up with the installation plan that I needed. It was kind of a hassle

I give two stars for completing the mounting bracket. They said that the space wasn't large enough so they left it on the floor of the kitchen. I lifted it up myself and it fit fine. Thankfully, I didn't cut out the wood that they showed me. Sadly, they didn't align the mounting bolt up top, so I had to redrill those holes as well. In the end, I paid $140 for delivery and a mounting bracket.

The refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher are great. No issues with the items. The issue we had is the delivery and installation is not really installation. It is mostly delivery. The install is a joke. They claim they didn’t know how to install the items.

On time and fast, no problem at all during installation.

I was told when I purchased this, that they could remove the range hood and install the microwave but apparently the install crew could not. The vent duct that went to the range hood could not be modified by the install crew! I don’t understand, this makes no sense whatsoever! How do you remove a range hood and install over the range microwave without modifying the old vent duct? I would really love to know how the Best Buy install cruise normally do this because I’m sure I’m not the first person to buy an over the range microwave that has an existing range hood!

Installer came in prepared for order. Seemed to be unfamiliar with the content. Had to run to store to get parts.

You may need to order a bump out kit on your own for greater success!

Have to unplug every other week to reset the computer screen, does not keep time for more than a week.

The oven is fine, this is the second one we bought this year. The installation was terrible. Those guys knew very little about how to install something that was part of a building. They used drywall screws into a plaster wall with no anchors or into studs. They didn't know what a toggle bolt was or how to install it. The door squeaked terribly and they didn't know how to diagnose a problem or how to fix it when I explained it to them. They blamed the problem on the house which it was not. Mega Brothers should not be installing microwave ovens or dishwashers. Heavens forbid not anything with a gas pipe.

The technicians were okay. Refused to help a little with cabinet replacement. Was disappointing :(

First, do not get any appliance installed through Best Buy. Those doing the work ARE NOT Geek Squad. They hire sub-contractors who often do not know what they are doing. I had a over-range microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer all installed using Best Buy - I had to spend money out of pocket to fix what they messed up. 5 months after my microwave was installed it started coming out of the cabinet. I had someone take a look and not only was it not on the bracket in the back and they didn't vent it properly (didn't use the parts that came with it). Did I mention it was a husband and wife team who were 6 hours late and used my tools to do the initial install. Since it was so far out of the purchase date, Best Buy sent me to their insurance company who did nothing. It seems they purposely wait you out so you have to fix the problem yourself an they don't have to do anything. Geek Squad installs have always been on point. AVOID BEST BUY APPLIANCE installs!
