TERRIBLE INSTALLERS AT BEST BUY

We had to hire a plumber to complete the installation and make the necessary adjustments. The installers did not hookup the drain water connection. The installer charged us an additional $75-cash for a outlet they told us was necessary.

I went in to my store to get help with it and have been waiting weeks for a resolution. Every item ive bought from Bestbuy there's been an issue with. I spent thousands and regret everything. I spoke with numerous persons on the phone and never received one call back so I went to my store for help and have gotten the same result. Maybe I should not pay my bill, maybe then I can get some help.

They sent geek squad out and the process was awesome... I wish I could say the same for the kitchen appliance installation... Bestbuy sent a third party company out that did a horrible job. It was a completely different experience with the third party company... It would make me second guess ordering appliances from bestbuy since you don’t know when you are going to get geek squad or a third party company...

Its really sad cuz everyone Ive had any interaction with at Best Buy went above and beyond. And then there was this guy..... turns out he couldnt install it anyway. Just a wasted inconvenienced month waiting on him only to have to hire some outside help.

Best Buy customer service has been anything but quick or helpful. I will say the installers were great and professional, they can’t help the circus that customer service put us through.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have never wrote a bad review before but you all need to know they drilled the holes with unit letting all the sawdust go into the vents on top of the microwave I turned it on sawdust went everywhere they left all the trash on the everywhere sawdust everywhere this was a terrible experience and certainly not something I expect from Best Buy

Careless installation.

It was not properly installed. The front of the oven is around one inch higher than the back of the oven. I call back to do a re-install. (I did tell the installers about this leveling situation during the process.)

Failed to Show Up 3 Times!!!

End result I found an alternative install. I was offered a $50 Gift Card for the issues but lost 3 days of pay taking time off waiting for someone to show up (in addition to hours on the phone and time spent going to my local store) worst experience ever.

Terrible Service Cancelled Order

Item was available just delivery is handled by 3 rd party and didn’t show up when they said, showed up 2nd time with no microwave then 3rd try was scheduled for 3 consecutive days (1 for bringing microwave, 1 to install. 1 to remove old microwave) . Cancelled the whole order!

I then did the installation myself (and I would recommend me ;-) ). Geek Squad outsources this sort of job to third parties and they do not monitor what they are getting. I suggest you find a reputable handyman in you area and not pay Geek prices. It has taken me over a month to finally get this properly installed and the first folks even took away parts necessary to do the job right!

Best Buy did not install new microwave oven

The reason is because the bottom of the cabinet above my range had to be trimmed in order for the microwave to fit. I can’t tell, by looking at my purchase history, if I was charged for this “installation”. If I was, then please adjust my balance. Thank you

Installed a microwave but my broke oven range

The technicians were not properly trained and did not handle anything with care (e.g., crooked screw holes, not mindful of wall depth...etc.,). Worst of all... they ripped off the door of my oven range when moving it... with no remorse or intention of fixing/replacing it
