They were not only fast, they were professional and courteous. I will highly reccomend Best Buy if anyone needs instillation work. Nice job guys.

Be careful of some total tech technicians
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Item was installed correctly, but the installer was supposed to install my dishwasher also. Most dishwasher are hard wired to the home, mine needed to be plug in. When he saw that he informed me that i needed an electrical outlet under my sink; and that he could put one in for $120. I immediately got defensive, and told him i was not going to pay that because i paid for total tech and i was told that it was covered. He then backed off and told me not to call best buy that he would call. He got on the phone and then told me someone else will come out because he didn't have the outlet. The same outlet that he had 10 minutes before. Funny how he had it one minute to charge me $120 and not the next when i said i wasn't going to pay him.
