The installers did a great job even though someone had given them the wrong information about the type of installation needed. They solved the problem and completed the installation.

Our new microwave was installed quickly and efficiently. The technician answered our questions. He was polite and courteous and took time to put on safety equipment and protective shoe covers before entering our home.

Outstanding Service by GC, they had a few issues to navigate, because we had never had an over the range microwave before, but worked it out for us! Cleaned up and swept away everything. It looks great! My wife is very happy!

We had a bit of trouble with the product delivered being damaged twice. The installers were awesome - very courteous, wore masks and called with updates on their arrival time. They noted the damage to the product and called right away to set up a replacement. The second time, the installers were a bit less helpful with setting up the replacement and we had to spend a lot of time talking to best buy customer service to have it arranged. Finally, the original two gentlemen delivered and installed an undamaged microwave on the 3rd visit. These gentlemen did a fantastic job!

The installation was so smooth. 3 gentlemen came in and out in 30 45 min. They even added a 2 plug outlet to my existing air vent power source. Best of it, it was free due to my total tech membership

We anticipated a long difficult install as this was our 1st Over-the-Range Microwave. Our installer knew exactly what to do and did so in record time. He also gave good directions and instructions for future reference.

Friendly, efficient and quick installation. The had to drill additional holes but cleaned everything up. Also got a great demo of the newer features.

Packing was damaged, but appliance looked fine. Made rattling noise when in use. Best Buy replaced with no hassles.

The two gentlemen arrived on time to install the microwave. They were polite and FAST! They came in, uninstalled, reinstalled and cleaned up their mess and were in and out within 15 minutes. Would highly recommend installation.

The professional install was good. Guys had my microwave in very fast and took my old one with them.

Wow! I could not believe how quickly, efficiently and neat the installers were with my new microwave. I previously had a counter-top and wanted an over-the stove. No problem. It couldn't have taken them more than half an hour. Nice, polite, friendly men who did a fantastic job.

Installers did excellent work. They were polite, professional and worked very quickly. I would have absolutely no issue having them at my house doing work again if needed.
