wonky operation

But when you have apple carplay on it won't allow volume from steering wheel at all

Our Jeep doesn’t have controls on the steering wheel, so there’s no way that this was even installed! Didn’t give us the packaging proving it like with the radio, and not even sure the antenna thing was changed

Steering Wheel Controls Did Not Work

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As I picked up my vehicle ('16 Jeep Wrangler) after having my radio replaced the tech that installed it told me right off the bat that my steering wheel controls did not work. They offered to schedule a time for me to come back in to get it evaluated but they didn't have an opening for three weeks. Not sure if it's this part or another but my USB connection also did not work so there was no using Apple Car Play. I decided that I'll be returning my radio and all associated parts.

I don’t even know how long it takes to put this in, but I can’t tell you.
