Didn't work for me, but whatever. Didn't bother me that much not having steer wheel controls but that is what this thing is meant for

I unfortunately had to buy this component even though I don’t have stereo controls on the steering wheel in my vehicle.

Well my car horn and radio controls on the steering wheel went out. Shouldn't happen, I know its a lose connection, or fried part, but BB isn't taking care of it either. Store says no tech anymore. 800 number has no idea. Geek squad disconnects on purpose (just pull my account) and tells me to start back at square one, going into the store again.

interface us defective and causing battery drain , even worst i have to contact PAC because its been move than 15 days best buy should be handling this return not me . PAC sucks and Best buy sucks . Not to mention the lost my first order

$159 for some wires....C'mon now, Half the price of the radio itself.

Horrible service at BB! I will never go back and I will never recommend having a radio put in there to anyone! The radio was installed at the end of the day and the installer just wanted to get it in and get out the door. No help on how to set the radio, set the time, work the radio or work the disc player. Horrible service. Just get the radio in and get the consumer out the door!

I paid 100$ for this part per the best buy service tech so my steering wheel controls would still work after the new stereo was i stalled but I was later told after I asked why they don’t work that the part I really needed was more expensive even though this part is called a steering wheel control interface module

This product was returned" I didn't really need it after all.

I was told this would fit my car after I talk to someone in the corporate office I bought all the pieces and nope it didn’t fit

I purchase this harness to installed my radio and I have the problem when drive the car and take one bump, hole the screen away. I back the same store where installed my radio for my surprise I need ser up one appointment to fixed the issue. This is customer service.

If your car has more than 4 channels (center speakers and tweaters) this is not for you! Best Buy experts had me get this and it did not send a front signal to any of my speakers. I have a 2012 grand Cherokee with built in amp and 8channel system all stock.

I went to the store told them my YEAR make and model they sold me the part. It works and all but as I was Installing it the paperwork went on to say that this part only works the radio steering wheel controls for up to 2013 and my truck is a 2015. Huge disappointment as that was my main reason for the purchase..well there goes 100 dollars down the drain.

Too pricey and you don't need all in there for specific models

Device stopped working 2 days after Best Buy installed it. The technician said it’s been happening frequently lately. He thinks it’s a bad batch

The sexist installer at pineville nc changed my appointment and treated my wife as if a female knew nothing about cars. Best Buy Corp did nothing to correct it

I had to get this item for a replacement for my factory antenna. This item does not work and I have been trying to return it to an installation store to have a technician look at the issue.

This part doesn’t work! It not a simple plug and play it lights up doesn’t do anything. I’m looking into a way to exchange it or full refund!

Installed unit based on BB recommendation in conjunction with a pioneer radio. Turns out, it wasn’t needed since my vehicle does not have steering wheel controls for volume, phone, etc. Maybe I’ll add controls later...

Not accurate not good i want my money back or replaced it
