Got this to replace my stereo in my car it's super expensive here but they have price match and that's how I got it in a great deal best buy it's amazing with price matching make sure you use it

It took 2 tries to get any functionality from my steering wheel controls on installation (2011 Prius). The first time, I was told the audio controls wouldn't work, but discovered my tripmeter/display functions were also not functioning. The second trip fixed those, but I still have no audio controls, and they had to wire a standalone mic for the hands-free phone system. If the tech can't really do what it was made for, what's the point?

They will charge you more for installation even if you have free installation package with parts. 3 times the repair messed up on appointment, on last appointment we were charged extra. We complained to the manager for an hour, and he basically said “sorry, we need to train our employees better” :| To be honest, its not worth it. I am probably going to cancel my membership and dont really care if 2 year warranty gets voided. Its just better to go to amazon.

There is not much to write home about here. It worked as advertised and was easy to use.

The product may be fine but I wouldn’t know because Best Buy canceled my order for not picking it up, even though I had an installation appointment that I’d communicated with them. For some reason they shipped this item to my house, and won’t take it back without going to the store an hour from my house and asking for managerial discretion for a refund. Best Buy would get negative stars if that was an option. They’re horrible.

My wife loves her Kenwood apple car play and these things made it possible!

Works great with my radio. Definitely recommend to anyone

Upon installation I started having issues with my steering wheel controls on my 2017 Toyota Tundra. The buttons would intermittently work and my cruise control wouldn't work. I had to take this harness out and purchase a maestro data link to make everything work right. This was a waste of 150 bucks and now I'm stuck with it. I wish someone would call me and let me return it for at least store credit.

The kit doesn't have any tools to maintain the dashboards computer function for and. for lane departure, for auto braking, for any of the hi tech controls

This unit quit working on day 2. Took it back to Best buy and they no longer had a tech. I asked for a refund and they would not give me my money back tried to get me to go to another store 75 miles away.| I'll never buy auto accessories from Best Buy again.

I had my radio put in at best buy and 3 days later it stopped working. I'm not sure which part of the equipment failed. Could be the radio, could be the PAC, hell if could have been a loose wire for all I know.

Although it was part of my order but when the installation was done and i took the car back i realised that my steering control are not working anymore after this radio installation at Best Buy

doesn't work. the volume control pauses vs. volume going hi and low.

This is the second harness they have put into my sequoia. It works just as badly as the first one. Radio cuts out, Bluetooth connection doesn't keep connected when the phone is in the car. It is just junk.

2 months out. Go to a local stereo shop. Pay a little more but if you have a problem it wont take years to resolve. Best Buy is just too big to care.

I was told that I would retain steering wheel audio controls but after install was told that it did not contain that functionality

Speaker started popping and cracking within 3 days if install. Had to make appt to get it fixed. Couldn't get me in for two weeks. Not happy!

We ended up switching this out due to it being a a subpar part, subject to audio cutting in and out
